Since September last year when Ekin and Yoyo Mung were first linked as a couple, the exposure of them both in the news has increased proportionally. They have both said no more than feelings develop. Recently a weekly magazine suggested that the relationship was over. But a few days ago reporters discovered Yoyo, recently returned home from Taiwan, in Ekin's company in HMV choosing DVD's and CDs.
Last week Yoyo was in Taiwan publicizing her new TVB drama. She always avoids talking about her feelings for Ekin, only describing him as a badminton friend. As a consequence there was immediate speculation that since Ekin had been away form home for more than three months filming Huo Yuan Jia, the relationship could not develop. Although at the BMA Spring Festival Annual Dinner the media searched out Ekin to answer but he said " I have from the beginning said in the process of developing." He refused to say more, causing even more "parted company" media clamor.
