Terms and Conditions For Parents & Students
1. This web site is to be used only by parents, students, individuals, schools, learning institutions, etc. who has a genuine need to engage a tutor or instructor for their own learning or hiring. Other individuals, tuition agencies, businesses and web sites are strictly prohibited to contact Tutors of TUTORCONNECT. Our tutors will report any unscrupulous activity to us. Violators to this condition will be seriously dealt with.
2. When registering with TUTORCONNECT, please provide information about your contact details, and your tutor requirements. The information must be as complete and accurate as possible. You may opt to register through the phone instead.
3. Your contact information, i.e. your telephone number, and/or email will ONLY be provided to the tutor whom you have selected. This is to protect your privacy.
4. You have the right to ask the tutor to present his/her credentials. Our tutors have been briefed to do so at your request.
5. The Terms and Conditions contained herewith may be modified, deleted or replaced from time to time and at any time in the absolute discretion of TUTORCONNECT without prior notice.
6. Frauds and dishonesty. Any attempts to cheat or deprive TUTORCONNECT of its legal share of its commission will be dealt with seriously.

1. TUTORCONNECT will not be responsible for any disputes, claims, damage, injury, or loss of any kind which may come up between the student and tutor. TUTORCONNECT will not be responsible to resolve any conflict or disagreement that may arise between the tutor and student. We may however, at our discretion, assist to resolve the conflict.
2. TUTORCONNECT will not be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the parents, students, and Member Tutors. While every endeavor is made to ensure that information provide is updated and correct, TUTORCONNECT will not be responsible for any liability, injury, claim, damage, or loss of any kind as a result from any errors in the information in this web site, or in any material supplied by TUTORCONNECT.
Terms and Conditions For Tutors
1. This web site is to be used only by tutors, instructors, or any individual who has a genuine need to offer to teach or instruct on a subject or skill. Other individuals, tuition agencies, businesses and web sites are strictly prohibited to contact Parents and Students registered with TUTORCONNECT. Our students will report any unscrupulous activity to us. Violators to this condition will be seriously dealt with.
2. When registering with TUTORCONNECT, please provide information about yourself and your qualification. The information must be as complete and accurate as possible.
3. To register as a tutor or instructor you have to be at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you need to obtain your parent or legal guardian's permission.
4. To complete the registration process, you may be asked to forward a copy of your highest qualification together with your original certificate to TUTORCONNECT.
5. Your contact information, i.e. your telephone number, and/or email will ONLY be provided to the parent or student who is keen to engage you as a tutor. This is to protect your privacy.
6. At the request of the parent or student, you must produce the necessary documents to certify your academic qualifications. Should you refuse to produce the necessary documents, TUTORCONNECT reserves the rights to terminate you.
7. As a Tutor of TUTORCONNECT, you will earn your fees upon completing the lessons for the first four weeks, and subsequent months thereafter. TUTORCONNECT will collect 50% of the tuition fees as commission for the first four weeks of tuition, upon the student's acceptance of the recommended tutor.
