Phoenix Ratz isn't about quanity, it is about quality. The health of my Rat Terriers is my first priority. I don't plan on breeding any of my Rat Terriers until they are 2 years old, and all of their testing has been completed. I am just starting out, so I only have one Rat Terrier right now, but I have been around the breed since 2000. I would have never been able to get this far without my many great mentors.....you guys know who you are!
