How Unspeakably Grotesque!
Gentlemen of Theologos:
We are
all authorities on “double predestination” and
angels and
salvation and,
evidently, strong advocates for the existence of a
wimpy God
of Love around here. Let me take the position of
the Devil's
Advocate and put
in my two cents: I stand up for God.
I BEING GOD:
First,
any and all contractual obligations assumed by
third parties
(no matter
who they may claim to be or by what authority they
may
claim to act)
in my name are null and void. I write my own
contracts
and am bound
by them and no others.
Second, there are no free rides and no free lunches. As the saying would have it: “You get what you pay for” or, more elegantly, “There is no escaping from the consequences of your actions”.
Third, I do not and have not ever “loved” sinners: they are the bane of existence. Further, I do not practice forgiveness in any way, manner or form. Justice is the key to forming any great, let alone eternal, being.
Fourth, to my mind, all of the self-serving sinners of existence will be in Bale (natural hell, where the unconscionable get back what they have given us) for the rest of eternity expressing and suffering the agony they are and have been to the rest of us for ever so long in their promotional pursuits at our expense.
Thus be it and forevermore shall it be thus.
Yours in God,
David Gordon Howe
