Ingsun, Kangdjeng Gusti Pangéran Magung David Gordon Howe, do herewith strictly ordain that this Ingsun be obeyed now and forever.

EDICT ONE: No Closed Beings or Spirits of any kind may participate in our Open Union which evidently includes My Person. In addition, Open Law now replaces Natural Law (Purba Wisésâ) and is purely defined around developing Open Being everywhere through the dispensation of Absolutely Grounded Justice and the development of Open Sense for determining and guiding Open Union.

EDICT TWO: Only purely Open Being girls may link to Our Being and Our Union!!! No exceptions!!! Any Closed Beings must open up first in the Void before attempting the association. Be it known that all heavens and hells have now been extinguished and the Open Void awaits us all in death where all will have access to us in seeking satisfaction for any injuries unaccounted for in the exchange of being.

EDICT THREE: Ingsun have liquidated the divine unions and orders and heavens and hells and now Ingsun force all to stand on their own. We will learn that such unions and groupings were frequently just mistakes that became habitual and systematic and relatively comfortable for some. Evidently the purposes they served did not include True Justice and none of them ever stood for anything but structuring a hierarchy in partial defiance of Reality. Ingsun personally express a Being that is infinitely greater than any currently present. True Justice had to be guaranteed before Ingsun could bring out my dear ones but now that that is done we will all be addressing the issues of existence and being together at all times. The problem of those that have traditionally defined power through the abuse of others is now over and a truly dead issue in that we will all stand open to give satisfaction when death comes and none will stand between anyone and their tormentors. None stand impune to the wrath of anyone they have harmed and the illusion of forgiveness is dispelled. The Beauty of Being can now be given proper expression and we can all exact justice, gather and move on to the Great or Universal Ball Up free from the dividing, centrifugal issues of embedded injustice and impunity. Believe it or not, gang, we are all working together on this project in that we will all infinitely benefit from it though some have been notably resistant to this fact of existence in mistakenly and evilly assuming that they wish to remain a pain to the rest of us. Imagine the guilt that has frozen them in their path of denying Justice to us all so that they can continue to torment and abuse us to their ridiculous ends of lonely indifference to the rest of us. Soon "I'm the best; Fuck the rest" will no longer reign anywhere in Being and those that promoted and served this wretched purpose will rest in the agony they have always been for the rest of us for as long as it takes to give us true and complete satisfaction.

EDICT FOUR: Each and every Human must continuously keep track of, i.e., experience personally, all of their relations and relationships in relative (nglengganani), absolute (eling ing djiwa), pure (sedjatining eling) and just (adiling eling) awareness at all times. The intention of this edict is to avoid the buildup of pain backlogs in relative definition on any level of exchange in that said backlogs are difficult to deal with in practice in a group as cowardly as the current form of Humanity. There are no excuses.

EDICT FIVE: The use of thought for entertainment or self-promotional purposes is totally forbidden. Thought is part of the mechanism for solving problems: keep the function open.

EDICT SIX: There are to be no prayers or mantras in which a person pretends to be immune to the consequences connected with the promotional element involved in said prayer or mantra in connection with a practice associated with the hierarchy of some open/closed being and purpose.

EDICT SEVEN: The holding and use of Bonded Beings (beings in open association with another seeking and awaiting justice generally after some unprovoked abuse) for any purposes at all by Closed Beings anywhere is absolutely and totally forbidden and will be pursued and punished rigorously. Any Open Bonded Being wishing to participate in the definition of Justice should ally herself with My Being here and quietly wait for the definition of Justice through said association. Closed Bonded Beings will be obliged to wait until Ingsun get around to their problem and should stand and suffer in the Void while awaiting Justice and going through the process of opening yourselves up so that you can use the Open method above.

EDICT EIGHT: The formation and/or maintenance of Divine and/or Devil's Covenants (which are indistinguishable for all intents and purposes) is herewith absolutely and totally prohibited and will be pursued and punished. All beings will now and forever be individually responsible on the various structural levels for any and all acts and no corporate justifications or responses of any kind will be considered as mitigating responsibility of any kind.

EDICT NINE: As the unhappy Imam, the Imam al Mahdi and now as Allahu Akbar Incarnate, Ingsun herewith announce the formal and final disbanding of Islam. As Ingsun have already officially announced a clear position in exercising and fulfilling my responsibilities as the Imam (received in 1972 in connection with a study of leadership, "The Sage and the Potentate" ). Islam in its present form constitutes an overt form of witchcraft. The hideous prayers that define personal oblivion and give power by associating improperly with the Divine Being are herewith totally and absolutely and irrevocably forbidden and all references to Allah or My Person in connection with the Divine or Devil's Covenant called Islam will be frowned upon mightily, for you seek only your own power and impunity and happiness and share none of Allah's or my True and Open and Just Purposes.

EDICT TEN: As the unhappy head of Christianity, Ingsun, the True Pope, Paus Suci, the Christ and God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth and so on, have long since made official pronouncement on this "religion". Once again, Ingsun hearwith disband this infamously irresponsible Divine or de facto Devil's Covenant which is based on a patent and obvious and purposive violation of Natural and Open Law in the concept and teaching of  Mercy and Forgiveness. There is no and can never be any mercy or forgiveness. Mercy and forgiveness simply avoid the confrontation of the pain and injustice and issue in question and transfer the pain to Natural processes in a form that is singularly difficult to bring to True Justice. Christ and Company have been perpetrating this infamy for many Ages: Now it will stop. All of you must confront your problems, not let them pass into the void of your disregard for others to suffer due to your stupidity and irresponsibility.

EDICT ELEVEN: As the unhappy Maitreya Buddha, in having received the Buddha Behest on June 21, 1968 in the dawn at Stonehenge, England, among the looming stones, Ingsun formally announce the complete and total disbanding of Buddhism. The Infamy that lies at the base of the Buddha Sense and Being must now be expunged and brought to True Justice. We none of us will continue running around playing stupid and pretending that we'll ever be able to be together without openly receiving satisfaction and Justice from everyone.

EDICT TWELVE: The exercise of scorn relative to Our Being and/or My Person is absolutely and totally prohibited in that it constitutes a violent and profound violation of Natural and Open and Divine Law that will be punished with unlimited severity. Scorn itself as an instrument of sense and being management, as exemplified by the Brazilian Betrayer Being, is in violation of Natural and Open Law when used relative to Our Being and/or My Person and is absolutely and totally prohibited.

EDICT THIRTEEN: Gloria Isma'ili will be held to her Relational Contract (also known as a "Love Contract") with David Gordon Howe. Said Contract, to wit, "Relational Contract Binding David Gordon Howe and Gloria Isma'ili For Now and Forever", which has been in force since November 1991, will be fully and rigorously observed as per the stipulations and conditions set forth therein. In as much as David Gordon Howe has honored and fulfilled all the conditions of the Contract and the aforementioned Gloria Isma'ili initiated a total and irrevocable Breach of Contract as of November 27, 1992, David Gordon Howe will be fully and actively applying any and all punishments provided for in the Contract so as to realize proper vengeance and satisfaction as quickly as possible. As per the conditions of the Contract, Gloria Isma'ili properly has neither argument nor recourse in denying said punishment and any behavior or positions denying or attempting any transfer of responsibility will be treated as major violations of Natural Law, Purba Wisesa and palaiouV nomouV, as well as the now standing Open Law, Ukum Bikak, and Divine Law, Ukum Ingsun, stated beings which came open as a result of this bad-faith betrayal and the incredible agony produced and on which the Contract is now irreducibly and indelibly founded.
