The second Pay Per View without Joe Thompson or Mr. TUFF, The Ultimate Fighting Federation came to the arena with something to prove. The show centered around the final match in the Tag-Team Tournament as well as the return match for the Heavyweight Championship belt. The show also featured the formation of Foreign Exchange; a team of two immigrants with a new-found respect for each other and their homelands.
Appropriately titled Eve of Deception, Nicky 2 Sticky layed down for his opponent, Senor Ass, the same man whom the Foundation seemingly had been harassing and vituperating for several months. The entire Tag-Team tournament, spanning three Pay Per Views had gone to waste, as these two jokers had formed the Nick and Spik Connection, strengthening the Foundation. They would have to face the Studley Boyz in an impromptu matchup, and both teams looked very impressive.
In the Main Event, GrandMastaRickay defeated Raw Power yet again, in one of the greatest Heavyweight Matches in recent history. GrandMastaRickay proving once again why he had the strap for over two years.
