POST GRADUATE PROJECT:
Implementation of Housing Units Database
Developed a Housing Units Database in Lotus
Approach on a windows 95 OS to calculate the selling price of a housing unit
for more than six thousand employees at Mufulira Division.
Given the market value of the housing unit an
employee occupies, the program calculates the registration fee, which is one
percent of the market value of the unit. Adds registration fee and a fixed
sketch plan fee to the market value to give the gross price of the housing
unit.
Then calculates the service concession for the
employee at two percent (of the market value of the unit) for each year of completed
service with the company up to forty percent. The net price of a housing unit
for each employee is given as gross price subtract an employee's service
concession.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH PROJECT:
COMPUTER SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
Designed and implemented a program in Pascal on
the IBM 4361 to convert a series of pairs of integers both in the range 2 - 99
into their prime factors and built in a module to determine the lowest common
multiple (LCM), the highest common factor (HCF) and the residual factor.
