why this animal is on the threatened or endangered list.

the public about what can be done to help protect or save

and view the slide show available on the Index page. After the group
has a general understanding and background about endangered animals the
group will choose an animal to research.

Each team
member will use resource page on this web quest to access Internet resources
to research, gather notes, facts, pictures, and information about the group's
chosen animal. The research will assist each team member in fullfilling
their responsibility. Books, encyclopedias, and other online
resources may also be used to assist in research. This is a team
effort, so even though each person has his/her designated task it is important
to be available and willing to help your teammates.
