Democrats believe...
|
Republicans believe...
|
| ...that
our Founding Fathers did not really mean
what they said when they guaranteed
certain constitutional rights such as the
right to freedom of religious expression,
the right to keep and bear arms, and the
right to retain the use of private
property. They only recognize these
rights when it is to their advantage.
They reverse "rights" with
"privileges" at their whim of
necessity (when it benefits them). They
are using our Constitution against us.
Maybe you've noticed lately! |
...that
the United States was founded on the
fundamental principle that individuals
have certain rights and freedoms which
cannot be infringed upon and may be
restricted only to the degree necessary
to preserve the rights of others. There
is a difference in rights and privileges
and we know this difference. |
| ...government
has a right to use your money as it sees
fit to redistribute wealth (which is
Communism/Socialism), establish new
spending programs in times of budget
surpluses, and to return to you only that
portion of your money which is
politically expedient. As you can tell by
your paycheck. That amount that the
government LETs you keep is getting
smaller and smaller, isn't it! |
...the
money you earn is yours and that
government in a free society has the
right to take only as much as is needed
to perform those limited functions, which
are appropriate to it. The House of Reps.
handles the purse! |
| ...American
society must redefine its values and the
role of the family to fit new lifestyle
concepts, which have resulted from the
60's counter-culture movement and an
attitude that promotes an abrogation of
individual responsibility. They set
values by the minorities. If they can't
do it by the Constitution, then they go
ahead and do it anyway, whether the
majority wants it or not (i.e. ERA
movement). |
...the
traditional family and the values it
fosters are the foundation of American
society and their preservation is
essential to our Nation's continued
success. Any change in this is a change
in the DNA of our nation. |
| ...the
federal government has the right to
determine the values which will be taught
in public schools and parents' choice of
schools must be limited to avoid exposing
public schools to competitive forces
which would encourage reform and increase
accountability. Socialist governments set
their public schools' curriculum to their
agendas. Sound familiar? |
...parents
have the right to determine the values
with which their children will be raised
and to have the widest possible choice
among public, private and religious
schools and that competition will improve
public education. Parents have the right
to determine the values with which their
children will be taught in the home and
in the public school system (in society
as a whole). |
| ...that
government regulation and federal control
of economic activity can better
distribute wealth and services to the
American people. Remember! Redistribute
of Wealth is a Communist/Socialist agenda
term. |
..that
the free enterprise system is the most
effective engine of economic progress.
They know this as we do unless they're
gunning for the socialistic
system...which they are! |
| ...penalizing
achievement with higher taxes and
increased government bureaucracy and
spending will not stifle economic growth
but instead guarantee prosperity for
everyone. Again, this is a socialist
agenda. |
...high
taxes, runaway government spending, and
over-regulation of business and farming
punishes initiative and stifle and
penalizes economic growth. |
| ...individual
behavior, including criminal behavior,
can be blamed on "society" and
that spending on social welfare programs
and improvements in prison living
conditions can combat crime. Our prisons
are getting over crowded so that should
tell the democrats one thing; out society
they are creating stinks of decay. |
...that
with freedom comes responsibility and
that individuals must take personal
responsibility for their own actions and
our criminal justice system must be based
on this idea. We see the need for a
complete overhaul of our criminal justice
system. It is entirely out of hand! |
| ...the
government has the right to regulate the
use of private property in accordance
with narrow special interests without
giving just compensation to owners. They
will "take"...I mean
"buy" your property at their
set value...not the markets. If you don't
accept their price, they'll take it
anyway and throw you out on your ears. |
...that
your property is yours and you have the
basic right to make use of it without
unreasonable government restrictions. And
should not be penalized for handing it
down to your children as their
inheritance. |
| ...we
can afford to drastically weaken our
military despite the threats present in
an unstable, post-Cold War international
environment and the United States must
subjugate its interests to those of the
United Nations. One World-Global agenda.
Shifting all of Americas' rights and
powers to the United Nations under one
umbrella folks! |
...the
preservation of our rights and freedoms
must be entrusted to a strong national
defense and of the ability of the United
States to negotiate with other nations
from a position of strength. And there is
a difference in the words
"strength" and
"sensitivity". |
| ...that
America must adopt a politically correct,
multi-cultural set of values which denies
common American heritage and will further
divide American society. If we object,
they will build more jails FOR US! |
...it is
imperative today to re-affirm the
traditional freedoms and values of
America to preserve our great Republic. |
...that
all whom oppose them are to be treated as
enemies and criminals. They will build
more jails unless you "bow down to
Baal". Crouch down and lick the hand
that feeds you!
|
...there
can be differences of opinion and that
such differences should result in
opponents, not enemies. |
| ...that
some must give up a portion of their
rights, freedoms and your paycheck, that
others may enjoy those same rights and
freedoms. |
...that
all of America's citizens can enjoy the
rights and freedoms of our country
without diminishing the rights of others. |
...that
loyalty to a discredited leader is a
virtue and if other office holders have
committed indiscretions, a sitting office
holder should not be criticized for
failing to uphold the highest standards
of ethical conduct. Moral conduct is no
longer a word to be used in our
vocabulary unless it is lacking in their
opposition.
|
...that
public servants, particularly those whom
we elect to office, must be held
accountable to the highest standards of
ethical conduct.
"If a man cannot be trusted with the
government of himself, can he be trusted
with the government of others?"
[Thomas Jefferson] |
| ...that
separation of church and state (so-called
by the liberals) means that government
"owned" property, (WHAT!-I
THOUGHT "WE THE PEOPLE" OWNED
IT) can not exhibit any
"religious" object(s) or that
"religion" can not be used in
any OBJECTION or OPPOSITION of or to any
immoral government law(s) such as
"abortion" (infanticide), or
immoral deviant behavior, preference or
status. ...that separation of church and
state means there is no place in
government for religion. ...Democratic
committee, the party, "looks forward
to the day when all citizens may vote
their conscience without their political
beliefs being dictated to them by
politically involved religious leaders,
regardless of denomination."
"American democracy is rooted in the
principle of the separation of church and
state," the statement continued.
|
...that
(so-called by the liberals) separation of
church and state means our government
shall not establish a religion for this
country (a national religion)... Bill of
Rights Amendment I
Congress
shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the government for a redress of
grievances.
...like
the Church of England prior to our
forefathers coming to this land of the
free, the United States of America.
...that our nation achieved its greatness
by a Higher Power than ourselves.
I guess, if one has wholesome morals and
values and didn't attend any church, but
disagree with the "government"
on homosexuality, adultery, abortion, and
promiscuousness, then they would be
considered a "religious person
holding religious ideals",
therefore, guilty of being influenced by
a religious organization or denomination.
Therefore, not being capable of voting
their conscience. As if, somehow, one can
divorce ones conscience from dictating
their beliefs, whether religious or not.
To Democrats, as long as your conscience
is void of any "religious"
belief, you are smart enough to vote.
Maybe they should throw out most of our
laws because they were based on the first
settlers' "religious" beliefs,
morals and values here in America. Could
it be that is why they are working so
hard to create an amoral
society?
Two rule books, one for liberals, and one
for conservative politics.
I have never heard such STUPIDITY in my
life. What planet did these asinine
jokers come from? I had to ask didn't I!
