There is a fool born every second they say. I think all of them live in California. I lived there for the biggest part of my life so I've seen it all. We fought one disastrous bit of legislation after the other that the perverts of California tried to promote. This bill is no exception. I can see why it is dubbed by us, the critics, as the "Pedophile Protection Act".

This bill, on the desk of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger after passing both chambers of the California Legislature was authored by the shameless lesbian state Sen. Sheila Kuehl. The bill drastically reduces requirements for mandatory reporting of the known or suspected sexual, physical and emotional abuse of children.

You see, when one is a pervert, they will go to any and all lengths to "protect" other perverts.

Richard D. Ackerman, vice-president of legal affairs for the Pro-Family Law Center, and a survivor of severe physical and sexual abuse, calls the bill a "reprehensible act."

When you have perverts in power, they'll pass anything perverted. Haven't you noticed?

Most "straight" civilized people have the ability to rally around the protection of our children. Not so with the perverts. Since children are their target for perversion, they'll change any law to the point where that child will be open game to all of them.

One case of unreported abuse has the potential to begin a generational cycle of continuing abuse, and could even result in the death of a child. Do you really think the pervert cares? No they don't. Their goal is to prey upon children, whether you are a homosexual or a pedophile.

If you've noticed, this bill appears to be the work of abortionists and others who ply in the trade of promoting sex among children. These low-lifes are pure sicko's and evil.

Under existing criminal law, anyone who regularly comes into contact with children is required to report an instance in which there is reason to believe a child has been molested or abused. So of course, these perverts trying to get this law passed want to put a stop to this reporting. Their aim is to silence the objector to their perversion.

Typical mandatory reporters include pastors, priests, church volunteers, teachers, school volunteers, and medical personnel.

But this bill, SB1313, would eliminate mandatory reporting for anyone who can be characterized as a "volunteer." Imagine that!! Don't let anyone that is opposed to their perversion have the right to report any and all abuses. I don't care if you are a lesbian Senator Kuehl, you are sick to even try and pass this type of legislation. The underlying reasons to do so is so clear. Remove all the opposition and protection of all your potential young targeted converts.

That means a Sunday school teacher, for example, would not be required to report her knowledge of a pastor, or Catholic priest's molestation of children. That means that a teacher won't be required to report any knowledge of a teacher's molestation of a child or children. Same goes
with all the rest.

Tell me then, who is left to have a right or an obligation to report any acts of molestation? Get rid of the opposition and they will have a field day with the children. Who's going to report them? Under this law, no one can.

Critics say the bill also eliminates mandatory reporting in cases where children are having sex with each other, and severe emotional abuse may no longer be a reportable event at all.

Yep! California is the dung heap of the West Coast.

Ackerman, while working for the United States Justice Foundation, persuaded the California Attorney General's office to issue a written opinion to the California Medical Board that affirmed the requirement of reporting for anyone who comes into regular contact with children as part of professional duties. Not to mention a civilized person's responsibility.

The report, following a petition by more than 10,000 people, presented evidence that Planned Parenthood had seen over 30,000 children in California, but not one instance of reporting to law enforcement could be found.

This is a bill directed at the freedom of sexual perversion by homosexuals and lesbians. Planned "Death-hood" is the biggest promoters of perversion of them all but standing almost shoulder to shoulder with the ACLU. These scumb-bags need to crawl back under their rocks. Including, most of all, Senator what's her name!!

State-required demographic data provided by Planned Parenthood to California demonstrated that the volunteers and paid staff of Planned "Death-hood" had seen children ages 6 and under for sexually transmitted disease treatment. I bet they were being molested by these perverts under the disguise of so-called "treatment."

SB1313 seeks to make unavailable any reports of abuse, even if the reports are redacted.

All persons of good conscience need to write to Gov. Schwarzennegger and let him know how perverted and corrupt this piece of legislation is. As I see it, if even one child is abused or dies because of the failure to be reported by a clinic, church or school, that child's blood is on the hands of Sheila Kuehl, and Gov. Schwarzennegger if he signs it into law, and the people who sneaked behind the media"s back to get this perverted and sickly legislation passed.

Trust me, I do not regret getting out of California years ago. The state is full of perverts and their perverted Senators and activist judges.

This bill is rightly called the "Pedophile Protection Act". Don't forget, pedophile's can be homosexuals and lesbians. They will recruit the young to their lifestyle.

How sick does California have to get before the decent people of that state wake up and put a stop to these perverted Democrats holding office?
