This Spawn. Great artwork is usally on the covers of these books. The stories are good also.Spawn is a man who is killed doing covert ops. He makes a pact with one of the devils in order to be back with his wife. But the devil sends him back 5 years later.Seeing as how his wife is now married to his best friend and now has a child ,Al Simmons is confused a bit. He also is a pawn in the war between heaven and hell.He is also a spawn in training which unbe known to him has great power but after a while will deplete himself of these powers and return to hell to be the general of hells army.But our hero has to bid ahis tme as he finds out who has killed him and fights for his friends. he is man who can do good,but he is on his own and must find his way to doing what he thinks is right and not be caught up in the war between heaven and hell.
Spectre is the avegening angel of god . This one has some greta stories in it along with some great art.The spectre is in the body of a man who was killed about 50 years ago. His mission on earth is to avegene the dead who have been killed unrightfully.He is the punishing angel as he punishes the one who would kill with out thought or convition.He is the wrath of God.
Azrael is other that is avengening angel.He belongs to the reilious order of St. Dumas. A order that is in hiding and is very powerful.He has been bred to avegene the wrongs of the order of St. Domas.He has recently discover that he has been breed to take the place of his father who is the avegening angel
before him.jean-paul has a lot to do as he takes the place of his father and finally rebels against his masters. He then takes the place of Batman who is mortal wounded by Bane. aftre the batman comes back and defeats Azrael who takes his place back on his roots and sucedes to find out who and where he is as he journeys om findind out more about his past and how he goes into the futrue as a hero.
