| You made my world a better place, Just by being in it. You used to put a smile on my face, But, now, I've misplaced it. You always knew how to brighten my day, Just by saying, "Hi!" You always had a special way, For me never wanting to say, "Bye!" You always made me feel good, when nothing was going right, Just by showing me your beautiful smile. You used to let me know you were here for me, day or night, But, that friendly reassurance has been gone for awhile! You always made me feel lucky that I met you, Just by giving me strength to go on. You used to make me feel special, too, But, all those days are gone! You stole my heart right from the beginning, Just by being you.
