| Why do you act as if you don't know me? I don't know how but I wish you could see, That I love you and would all over again! My heart won't let me see that we're through even being friends! I try to do nice things to get through to you But you just ignore me and think I'm a stranger anew! I miss your touch and your single "hello" that made a new day And I could never forget how you loved me your own special way! I wish you would love me again So we could have a life together to begin. You saw the best in me even when no one else could You would be my friend even when no one else would. You would help me when I was hurt You would teach me what I needed to learn!
