| Over the years, I've never said what I meant to, But, somehow, I think you knew! I may deny it, but you're still deep in my heart, Even though, we've drifted so far apart! I see you all the time, but it's not the same And I still wonder which one is to blame! As someone once said, "A friend is not if they turn their back!" But, I found somewhere, the truth - it does lack! You've always been a friend, and I think, somehow, you still are Even if you and I - we're still afar! When I was around you, I was always making mistakes, And just like a friend, you always forgave! You always told me your deepest concerns again and again, And that's something friends will do until the end! I hope you know that I'll never forget And hope you haven't forgotten me yet!
