Corn Chowder
---Ingredients:
------1 can cream style sweet corn
------1/2 can water
------1/2 can sweet corn kernel
------1 slice ham
------butter
------sugar, salt
------1 or 2 eggs
---Preparation:
------1 Cut ham into small cubes
------2 Beat eggs
---Make it:
------1 Boil water, cream corn, and corn
------2 Add ham cubes
------3 Add some butter
------4 Add sugar and salt to taste
------5 Add eggs, stir
------6 Cook for 5 more minutes
Miso Soup
---Ingredients:
------Miso Paste
------Dashi
------Tofu
------Scallion (optional)
---Preparation:
------1 Cut tofu into small cubes
------2 Chop up scallion if you want
---Make it:
------1 Boil 5 cups water on high heat
------2 Add 1/2 tsp dashi
------3 Add 1/2 cup miso paste
------4 Stir, let miso melt
------5 Add tofu
------6 Cook for another 2-3 minutes
------7 Add scallion and enjoy!
Healthy n Easy Pizza
---Ingredients:
1 slice bread
shredded cheese of your choice
Tomato, red pepper, mushroom
---Preparation:
1 place aluminum foil in baking pan
2 place bread on foil
3 cover bread in a layer of cheese
4 dice up other ingredients
5 place them on bread
6 sprinkle more cheese on top
---Make it:
1 Heat oven to 375
2 Place bread in oven
3 Let bake for 10-15 minutes
4 Take it out and enjoy!
---Comments:
You can add anything you like, this
simple dish makes a great lunch!
Quesadilla
---Ingredients:
------tortillas
------shredded mozzarela or other cheese
------optional: guacamole, sour cream
---Preparation:
------1 nothing!
---Make it:
------1 Heat a little oil in pan
------2 Heat tortilla on medium heat
------3 Sprinkle on cheese
------4 Put on some guacamole
------5 Fold tortilla in half and eat!
---Comments:
------For those of you who like a bit more
------Mexican taste, sprinkle a little taco
------flavoring in the quesadilla~ I'm sure
------this can satisfy your cheese craving!
