Actor Profile: Shane Michael S.
d.o.b.: April 12, 1975(Hamilton, Ont.)
Birth name: Shane Michael Stewart

Shane started acting on stage at a very young age. Unlike his older brother, Jason whose talents werent discovered until he was in his late teens, Shane always excelled in the acting field. He usually landed lead parts in school plays due to his larger-than-life persona. Shane even did a couple of modeling jobs while in his teens. He made his screen debut at the age of 15 in Poisoned Evil; playing the likely part of the hero who saves the day. In The Trespassers the young actor chose to go against type rather than play a tough-guy role originally offered to him. Shane played the part of  the timid lab assistant, Kurtz. This role won him praise and lead to even more challenging roles. In 1997 Shane reprised his Kurtz role in the sequel, Utopia: The Return of the Trespassers. He has recently concidering acting once again, this time in a car chase-themed movie. Shanes memories of acting in The Trespassers are both fond and clear. After attending a tenth anniversary celebration of the film, Shane put his stamp of approval on the new Special Edition and even gave his retrospective insight in the documentary, Behind the Renegade Warriors. Even when giving his candid insight the actor never lost his natural charm. When the programs interviewer commented on the fact that Shane looked a bit older now than he did in the film, Shane replied, Ten years will do that to you!  A further note, Shanes young son, Keano appears to have the acting gene as well. Hes already appeared as a baby George Winkleberry in 1996s The World According to Winkleberry and may see some film roles in the near future.
