Tambunan waterfall camping Itinerary Day 1 Depart from KK to Tambunan Special visit to Mat Salleh Memorial located in Kampung Tibabar.(for guests) Lunch at Tambunan cafe Proceed to Tambunan Rafflesia Rainforest Reserve. Note: Arrange a ranger for trekking the main jungle trail(one-way and about 1KM long). It is a beautiful rainforest with a lot of tall trees. Besides rafflesia, another feature of this forest reserve is a legless lizard, interesting fungus, etc. Then to Mahua Substation heading for the camping site Preparation for night BBQ Overnight camping at Mahua Park Day 2 Early morning before sunrise Preparation for instant food for breakfast Start an early trekking of 500-Meter trail to Mahua Waterfall swimming, photo taking, etc Noon lunch at Tambunan restaurant/cafe Return to KK End Note: 1.
