Buyer is responsible for all debts and bills incurred while in his/her posession. Including first vet check.
Upon first vet visit, if your puppy is diagnosed with an uncurrable disease that can not be treated, let us know and we will replace the puppy with first available puppy of your pick. If you choose to keep and treat the puppy, it is at buyers expense, and we will not be held responsible for the puppy or bills incured.
All puppies will have been checked out by my veterinarian, but if your vet finds an uncurrable disease that can not be treated, you must obtain a letter stating the puppys disease, veterinarians signature, and reason for recomending exchange of puppy.
All puppies come with their first shots, wormed, and dewclaws removed. You will receive their records and papers upon final payment and delivery.
We strongly recomend that you have your puppy examined and re-vaccinated on time to assure you of his or her good health and to avoid a lapse in immunity.
No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances, exchanges only.
Buyer also understands that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, Due to the puppy being held when it could have been sold to another client.
All puppies are being sold with an A.K.C. registration.
