I would like to take a moment and give a special THANKS to one of Union Beach's finest. Joe Kupper. This man gave up his saturday night binge drinking and the sunday morning fishing trips to make sure that Anerica is a safer place for everybody in Union Beach as well as everybody living in the rest of the country. Kupper is a great friend to many and an inspiration to us all. A person who can always be counted on and doesn't hessitiate to stand up for what he believes in, Union Beach is proud to call him one of their own. His presence here in this small, sometimes meaningless town has made a great impact on many lives,from breaking the occasional heart to making a prty worth attending.
