OBJECTIVES

" The roads have become completely anarchic.  People seem to break rules as if it is the norm. Is it sheer ignorance, complacency  or a lack of street intelligence? People need to get street-smart  in the way they use the road, both as drivers, motorcyclists  and as pedestrians." Marina Mahathir, Musings, The Star, 22/10/2003.
