I have been building, repairing, programming, and operating desktop computers in myriad configurations since 1985; I am competent with most sorts of desktop and engineering applications on the market today, and can learn how to use other similar products rapidly and efficiently. Some of my OS and software background is noted below.

(Refers to my previous position at ManTech:)  We have recently completed a transistion to a full enterprise system in my company, migrating existing systems and domains to a new network architecture. As a primary member of the IT team, my responsibilities included the logical and physical configuration of the new network, as well as concept, testing, and deployment of various enterprise equipment including Win2k Server domain controllers, hardware and software firewalls and network management tools, Cisco routers, switch gear and fiber optic backbones, dedicated T1 access to the facility, anti-virus, SUS, internet monitoring, RADIUS, and streaming content servers, and a RAS/VPN solution for the location. I run the day-to-day operations of the network along with our Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), troubleshoot problems, and bring new systems online to support business directives.
