Last quarter of 2004 a post hardcore band was formed,
named Tears of All with Original Line up namely;Manuel "Aboy" Redrico III as vocalist,
Dave Gutierrez playing axe, Junlie dela Cruz for bass guitars and Clark Paraiso playing drums.
After several gigs, around mid 2005, on a sudden turn of the tides,
bassist Junlie dela Cruz decided to leave the band due to personal and replaced by
Calix Gualdrapa and recruiting another axeman Albert Martin (a.k.a. Stavver)
and changed the name of the band to “ Traces of War “.
With the current line-up intact TOW constantly entering the studio
and attending gigs to fully furnish their style spawning from 90’s hardcore, 80’s thrash and crossover.
Not releasing any material not until late of 2009 the first EP titled Resistance
is a 4 track EP with one filler was recorded in Earbender Studios in Cavite, Philippines.
The next year Dave left the band. But the band continue with
one guitar and didn’t waste any time and in 3rd quarter of 2011
TOW enter the On Air studio to record the 4 track no filler demo “Let’s do This!”
and the members was very satisfied of the direction of the band
musically which really defines what Traces of War is all about.
ToW is now in the works of creating anthems for their full length that will be released sometime in 2012.
