WHY would I decide to make a fan site to Final Fantasy VIII's Selphie Tilmitt? Well, read on, and find out! First of all, I just think that she's an awesome character who should be appreciated! She's always cheerful and she's really courageous, too! And in my opinion, I DO NOT find her annoying, and c'mon, a little enthusiasm in the game doesn't hurt. And isn't she just a funny character? When times are bad, you can always rely on Selphie to make your day ^.~ Besides creating this site for the love of a character, another reason is she's often mis-judged, and I want to try to show people she isn't all that bad. She's NOT STUPID, she's NOT USELESS, and she's NOT EXTREMELY ANNOYING. But then again, that's just my opinion. Not everyone will agree, and I respect that. If it worked, it worked, if it didn't, too bad. Also, there aren't many shrines to her that are still currently up and running, sadly...c'mon! Show the Selphie love! Selphie shouldn't be a forgotten Final Fantasy character in the years to come or even now. This shrine is dedicated to her to let everyone know that she WILL NOT be forgotten, EVER! WHY did I name this site "TRABIA SEED"? That's an easy answer. Selphie's a SeeD and she's dedicated to do whatever she's supposed to do. She's very hard working. That's where "SeeD" comes in. For "TRABIA", it's the most precious thing to her; it's her home. That's where she lived most of her life. In conclusion, that's why I chose this name. Very unique, huh?...or stupid, I don't care. This is a biggie for most of you I bet. Why would I make a shrine to Selphie 4 years after the game has been released? Answer? I have no idea, actually. I came about to play Final Fantasy VIII in 2001, I think. (Yes, that's a long time, isn't it?) And then, POOF! Out of nowhere, I end up making a shrine for her^^! Weird...I know! Is this site any more unique or special than any other Selphie Shrine? NO. Even though I really like my site, there are other shrines about her out there that are waaay better than mine, I swear it. Just that...those shrines aren't updated as much^^".
