Title: Atomic Train Author: Alexis sportzqueen14@aol.com Author's Note: I did in fact take this title from a mini-series, no copy write was intended. Summery: Bobby & Lindsay are heading for the country on a much-needed vacation with their 3-year-old daughter, Regina, when something goes terribly wrong. Disclaimer: If they sue me I'll laugh until I cry! I'm very poor! Just joking! <3 J ************************************************ Bobby & Lindsay's Condo 6:00 am "Everything's packed?" Lindsay asked in a rather paranoid state, she hasn't been on a vacation in three years. "Yes, honey," Bobby replied. "You called the office?" she asked. "Yes, honey," he replied again putting a suitcase beside the door, "Please. I'm begging you just relax on this vacation. We all need it." "Okay, I'm calm. I'm cool. I'm collected." She said trying unsuccessfully to calm herself down. "Mommy, can we go yet?" their three-year-old daughter, Regina, who they often called Reggie, chimed in. "Yes, honey, we're just waiting for Daddy to put everything in the car and then we can go," Lindsay replied with a small smile on her face. "Okay," she said. Meanwhile Lindsay headed for the bathroom looking for a big aspirin. Bobby returned shortly after he left with nothing but the car keys & said, "All the suitcases are loaded. Everyone ready?" he asked. "I'm just going to walk through real quick to make sure we're not forgetting anything," Bobby nodded, "Honey, why don't you go ahead and take Reggie down," Lindsay said already walking through the condo. Bobby was amused by his wife's nervousness. "Ready to go?" he asked & looked down at his daughter. "Reeeeeaaaadddddyyyy!" she said with sheer excitement. "Good. Linds, are you done yet?" he asked looking down at his watch. As if on cue Lindsay walked up to her husband & daughter & said, "Done." Bobby smiled, "Let's go!" "Yaaaaaaay," screamed Reggie. With his daughter in one arm & the other around his wife, they headed to the elevator. ************************************************ DYD&F 6:15 am "I hope Bobby and Lindsay have a good time," Rebecca said to her co-workers. "I know," said Eleanor, "They haven't had a vacation since Regina." "She looks just like Lindsay. With that brown hair and those blue eyes they look like each others clone," Lucy said in a rather sarcastic way. "I just hope the relax," Eugene chimed in, "They really need this vacation." Everyone nodded in agreement. ************************************************ It's really short but it's a start. FEEDBACK is welcome good and bad. Title: Atomic Train Pt. 2 Author: Alexis sportzqueen14@aol.com Author’s Note: I did in fact use this title off of a mini-series, and use the plot. No copy write was intended. Summery: Read the first part and it’ll make more since. Disclaimer: If they sue me I’ll laugh until I cry! I’m very poor! Just joking J <3 ************************************************ Train Station 6:28 am “Last call for the train from Boston, Massachusetts, to Parkersburg, West Virginia!” said the ticket master ready to close the door to the train that Bobby, Lindsay, & Regina were supposed to board. Just then Bobby, Lindsay, & Regina came running through the door, “Are we to late?” Lindsay shouted as she ran towards the ticket master, pulling luggage behind her. “You just made it, ma’am,” the ticket master said, Bobby looked at his name-tag; it read ‘Charlie’. “Oh, thank goodness,” Lindsay said breathlessly from all the running. She put her hand into her purse & when her entire hand re-emerged she had three tickets, one for her, one for her husband, & one for her daughter. She handed them to the ticket master and he nodded his head in the direction of the door. Lindsay returned her thanks with a smile; she headed for the door leading the way for her husband and daughter. Lindsay’s eyes scanned the room looking for the cabin she reserved for them. ‘A-22,’ she said in her mind. She found it. “Over there, honey,” she said pointing to the right angle of Bobby. “Okay,” he said. He and Lindsay, with Reggie in his arms, headed over to the cabin. Lindsay reached for the doorknob, with her free hand, and opened the door. All two of them looked around in awe, Regina wasn’t that interested It had an awful lot of features for a train. It had a rather large table in the center of the room, two booths on each side of the table, a pull out bed, and there was a small room with a couch. That was a pretty good deal for what they paid. “Wow, this looks nice,” Lindsay complimented. “Yeah it does,” Bobby said. A small yawn could be heard from the little girl in Bobby’s arms. “Okay…let’s get you settled in on the bed. Can you pull out the bed, Lindsay?” he asked his wife. She nodded and set down the luggage she was carrying and pulled out the bed. Regina was already fast asleep. He laid his daughter down on the bed and turned to his wife and smiled. “Ya’ know it’s been a long time since we’ve been alone,” Bobby said with a smile on his face. “What exactly are you implying, Mr. Donnell?” Lindsay asked, also smiling. “I think you no very well what I’m implying, Mrs. Dole,” he said. She smiled and headed to the room with the small couch, Bobby on her heels.
