The
building's curtain wall consists of Italian (Verde Rita)
and American (Solar White) granite. Components of the
façade include aluminium in fluorocarbon finish
inside and outside, double glazed units with low emissivity
glass for the seee-through windows, and reeded glass
in spandrel areas.
The building's plan features radiating
sections, creating the abstracted shape of a pineapple:
the main product of the Tipco Company.
