The site was identified by Peter Galloway Partnership as being suitable for the University's requirements.
Following two years of design and associated negotiations with the City Council, a scheme evolved to provide 320 study bedrooms on five floors with basement car parking for 52 vehicles in the heart of Portsmouth. Rooms are grouped at 8 to each kitchen/dining facility, each having their own dedicated on-suite shower facility. |
