Throughout my work I found that printing was one of my strengths, so I started creating prints of most of my work.

In my Art GCSE I began doing research into buildings and the shapes within them. I found this to be enjoyable as I could observe the shapes and the colours from the various structures. This is where I found my interests in shapes as you can see from the sketch. Then I started using prints to introduce colour into my work. I found using colour could make a huge difference in my work compared to the basic black and white. Then I began exploring.

This is a collage of photos that I have taken of buildings around Swansea. I used this in my GCSE Art final piece, this is only a sample.

The reason why I chose these buildings is because they are all different shapes and from all different eras. The buildings are in different styles and is what intrigued me to use them, from the way the widows are placed to the colour of the facades. The main one that I am impressed with is the one centre one, this is only because of the clock tower. The way I placed these is for the clock tower to be the centre of attention.
