The Chamy Project was established by Joseph Love in Garden Grove, California to reunite vietnamese amerasian children with their american fathers. This effort has been coordinated with the support of the Catholic Chartities and the Premo Foundation .

The TOM Premo Family are World Travelers and made a trip to Vietnam in April 1998 where we arranged for construction of the White House East, our new home in GoCong. FINAL construction was in July, 1998 and we traveled to Vietnam again in 1999 | 2000 | 2001 | 2002. We also participated in the Vietnamese New Year/TET.
