Sick, Twisted Fucks. They're the ones that make anime such fun.
The ones that bring us back for more, even as we shake our heads and go,
"Now *that* boy just ain't right in the head." (I'm Southern, OK?)
1. Muraki from Yami no Matsuei
The winner
and champion. Hooboy. This was the first guy I classified as an STF. After
watching the last arc of YnM, I said in a slow, stunned voice, "Muraki
is a sick, twisted fuck. Damn." He kills to feed his arcane power <cough
cough *Seishirou* cough cough>; raped, cursed, and killed Hisoka
because Hisoka was too pretty to just murder; and keeps the servered head
and spine of his brother alive so he can transplant said head and spine
into Tsuzuki just so he can kill his brother slowly and painfully. Yeah.
He's sane. Mmm-hmm. Riiight.
2. Fuuma from X
I love
Fuuma dearly. I do. (Although "obsess over" is probably closer to the
truth.) But Fuuma is an STF. He likes sharp, pointy, objects. He also
likes Kamui. He likes to combine these two things and impale Kamui with
sharp, pointy objects. And yet, the same guy waited to destroy a kekkai
until the little girl he was talking to left, just because it was her
wish to continue living. Hmm...so what does that say about Kamui?
3. Barusu [Bols] from Clover
The
guy cut off Kazuhiko's hand and sleeps with it every night. Do I even
need to go any further?
4. Dilandau from Escaflowne
The
girl who turned into a boy who turned into a girl again. Yeah. This bloodthirsty
psychopath is just a *wee* bit obsessed with killing the guy who put a
scar on his/her/it's/whatever's pretty little cheek...
5. Farfarello from Weiß Kreuz
He
wants to hurt God. He really wants to hurt God. He also likes to hurt
himself. With sharp, pointy objects. He should get together with Fuuma.

6. Schuldich from Weiß Kreuz
Psychopaths
should never be telepaths. It's a bad thing.
7. Legato Bluesummers from Trigun
See
above statement. Add "with a mission" to that..
8. Faust from Saber Marionette J
Megalomaniac
with power. Megalomaniac with the memories of thirteen other megalomaniacs
with power. This is another bad thing.

10. Guy from Ai no Kusabi
When his fuckbuddy left him, he snapped. Hooboy, did he snap. Wow.

1. Akio from Utena
He has a rather bad relationship with his sister. Very bad. Bad
for her. But he seems to rather enjoy it...
2. Kouji from Zetsuai
This guy in only just *slightly* less obsessive than Me-Mania.
*Just* slightly.
3. Just about any character voiced by Hayami Shou. With the exception of Shinesman Moss Green.
