In 1923, Franko Glizi immigrated to America inspired by his grandmother to share his love for Italian cuisine.
Papa Glizi settled in Texas around 1930 and purchased land from a cattle farmer he met working on the Grand AM Railway. Some of the fresh ingredients we use today in our recipes are picked from Glizi's farm. We are proud to continue his legacy.
