Chapter 1 Disaster at Christmas
"Oh noooo!" Cried Sakura "It can't be!" she whispered harshly looking at her calendar.
"What is it?" asked Kero rather shocked
"Its.....its.....Christmas Eve!!!!" she whimpered
"Yippee!" Cried Kero "Ohhh! Chocolate, Christmas cake, roast dinner and PRESENTS!!" He yelled excitedly, but even though these lovely thoughts of Christmas were exiting Sakura still looked worried. "Why....What�s the matter kido?" Kero said flying up to perch next to her on the bed. Sakura was now 22, hadn't seen Syaoran her one and only love in over 10 years and had a lot on her plate at the moment, but she was exceptionally beautiful and extremely kawaii. She was taller had a more shaped body but was still a little genki!! Her profession was an entertainer she was the main member of the band S&T (Sakura and Tomoyo) They sung, danced and entertained crowds!
"Well..." Sakura started "Two things. One I haven't done ANY shopping and two......two.......Two..."
"Two what!?" Kero cried impatiently
"S...Syaoran-kun is....is coming back today.....Mei-ling told me...and I wrote it on my calendar.... it says it right here! He's arriving this morning!" She stated.
"Yea he is a right brat, no wonder your upset he is coming...." but Sakura interrupted him before he could continue.
"You know..... you know I haven't moved on...and I still love him. Demo he may have moved on!" she cried.
"Ohhh! That...." said Kero "Don't worry it's his loss. No contact in over 10 years, he will get what�s coming to him when he sees how beautiful you are now!" kero recited wisely.
"Yea! I spose your right." Replied Sakura picking up the receiver from the phoning and dialing. ..... "Ohayou Daidouji-chan are you okay? ......... Good! Is Tomoyo there please?" asked Sakura politely down the phone "Do you want me to pick you up something when shopping kero?" she asked while waiting for Tomoyo to pick up. Kero smiled.
"Something sweet?" he asked hopefully. Sakura nodded whilst greeting Tomoyo.
"Okay Tomoyo I will meet in the square in 15 minutes? Is that okay?..........Alright see you then........yea........Bye!" she put down the phone.
"Sakura.......Breakfast!" Called Rika from downstairs she shared a house with her and Tomoyo but Tomoyo was looking after her mother last night as she was ill.
"Cominggg!" She yelled back. "Okay Kero I will bring you back a cake or something........bye!" she called slamming the door. Kero looked around the empty room for a few seconds then flew up and over to the TV to resume his computer game.
When Sakura was eating her breakfast Rika suddenly said: "Oh yea! Sakura it�s yours and Tomoyo's Christmas concert tomorrow! And your going SOLO how do you feel about singing with out Tomoyo?" "Oh yea, I totally forgot! God I gotta rehearse after shopping with Tomoyo! I feel...okay about it." Sakura said.
"Okay then...I'm sure it will be FINE Sakura! I'm still working today...but I promise on Christmas day, I won't!" She smiled and went into her study. Sakura quickly finished her breakfast and left the house. For the concert her solo song was about...........Syaoran, Tomoyo had wrote it but hadn't quite finished it. The morning was cold and crisp but the winter sun was shining and as Sakura jogged down the road her worries of Christmas left her!
