�Nah,� Aaron said. �I take it out all the time. He just doesn�t know it.� MyKenna looked at him. �Don�t worry about anything.�
�What if he comes back and decides he wants to take DJ out?�
�He won�t be back for awhile.�
�How do you know?�
�I just do.� He smiled. �Everything�s cool.� He got the boat moving. �Trust me on this.�
�Since you insist on it, but don�t get it stuck like your brother did.�
�I�m not as dumb as my brother.� She grinned and shook her head. �I�ll just take it out a little way if it makes you feel any better.�
�Alright.�
�It�s just so we can be alone.�
�Why?�
�To get to know each other better.�
�We�ve spent the past three days together; I think we know all there is to know.� He looked at her. �You should be spending time with your family.�
�They don�t mind.�
�I�m sure they do.�
�Just lighten up.�
�Are you always this persistent?�
�When I want to be.� He smiled and stopped the boat. He lowered the anchor and looked at MyKenna.
�Now what?�
�I don�t know.�
�Yeah.� She looked at the scenery around her. �This is really beautiful.�
�Ya think so?�
�Yeah. I was admiring it from your back porch, but actually being out here is totally different.�
�Yeah it is. It�s a lot better.�
�Definitely.� They looked at each other. MyKenna sighed and looked back out to the ocean, as she leaned on the railing. Aaron continued watching her and smiled. He walked over and turned the radio on. MyKenna looked at him and he smiled.
�What?�
�Nothing, I was just enjoying the quiet.�
�Sorry.� She grinned and looked back out to the ocean.
�You come out here a lot?�
�Whenever I�m here; I take advantage of it when I can. If Nick�s here I don�t steal the boat like this, because he�ll probably kick my ass.�
�I want to kick your ass.� She turned around to face the other way and leaned back on the railing.
�Oh really?�
�Yeah, you�re just a little rebel aren�t ya?�
�I guess so�yeah.�
�Did you ever think about what Nick would do to ya if he came back when you�re still out here?� She grinned and he just looked at her. �Well, personally, I think he�d give you this look as if he�s ready to kill ya. Then I�d say he�d get on that boat dinghy thingy you got tied to the dock and come after ya�ready to kick your ass.�
�Nick would never do that.�
�Are you sure about that?�
�Totally, he loves me.� MyKenna just looked at him with a little grin. �He would never come out here and try to kick my ass.�
�I, uh�I wouldn�t be too quick in saying that.�
�Why not?�
�Cause it just might happen.�
�Not in this millennium, but maybe the next.�
�Aaron Charles Carter!� came Nickolas� voice and Aaron jumped and looked. �What the fuck do you think you�re doing with my boat?� He glared at his brother, as him and Dakota climbed aboard.
�Nick,� Aaron said surprised. �I thought you guys were at dinner?�
�There was a shooting so we had to leave. What the hell do you think you�re doing with my boat?�
�Um�� He wasn�t sure what to say.
�Nick, forget it and let�s go,� Dakota said.
�No, no, no,� Nickolas said. �This is my boat and my brother has no right bringing it out her without my permission.�
�Does it really matter?� Dakota asked.
�Yes it does. I wanted to bring you out.�
�It�s fine, we can do something else.�
�No, cause this is my boat.� Dakota left out a disgusted sigh and sat down. �What do you think you�re doing?�
�I brought Kenna out,� Aaron answered.
�And who gave you permission?� Nickolas asked and Aaron just grinned.
�Nick, this is not how I wanted to spend my day,� Dakota said. �I could be spending the whole day working on my tan, but I let you talk me into spending it with you.� He looked at her. �I thought you said we were going to do something fun? This isn�t fun. Me sitting here while you bitch at your brother is not fun. The thought of it is fun, but the actual doing is not fun. Let�s do something.�
�Hold on,� Nickolas said looking back at his brother.
�Ugh!� Dakota rebutted. �I�m out of here.� MyKenna shook her head, as Dakota climbed off the boat and into the dinghy. She watched, as Dakota started moving and looked at Nickolas.
�I want this boat back by the dock right now,� Nickolas said. �This isn�t a toy.� MyKenna laughed. �This is a couple thousand dollar piece of equipment and not a $2 toy.�
�Your girlfriend is going to get eaten by a shark,� MyKenna said and Nickolas quickly looked at
her. �She�s um�� She pointed to Dakota.
�Now look what ya did, Aaron,� Nickolas said.
�Me?� Aaron said. �I ain�t the one yelling at you while my girlfriend wants to have fun.�
�Get this boat back to shore,� Nickolas stated. �Now.� He took his shirt and shoes off and dove into the water after Dakota.
�In a couple hours,� Aaron said smiling and he looked at MyKenna.
�Maybe you should do what your brother says,� MyKenna suggested.
�He doesn�t care.� She just looked at him. �Learn to have a little fun in your life.�
�I am having fun. This is the best week of my life.�
�Nick, don�t!� Dakota yelled and they looked just as Nickolas tipped the little boat over.
�Well he didn�t listen,� MyKenna said. �She�s like so going to spaz out on him.�
�Why?� Aaron asked.
�She can�t swim and has this fear of drowning.�
�Oh.�
�Let�s do something so not to get involved.�
�Sounds good.� He turned the radio up so not to hear the yelling. They stood there and the song �Thank You For Loving Me� by Bon Jovi started playing. Aaron looked at MyKenna and smiled. �Care to dance?�
�I guess not.� She smiled and put her arms around him. �I like dancing with you.�
�I like having your arms around me.� He smiled then kissed her. They danced for a little bit then Aaron said, �I�m actually really going to miss you when you leave.� She looked at him.
�I�m going to miss you too.�
�Could I come visit you sometime?�
�Definitely. I want you to meet my family someday.�
�I want to meet them someday too. It�s only fair since you met mine.�
�I guess so.� She grinned and laid her head on his chest.
�Thank you for loving me/for being my eyes when I couldn�t see/for parting my lips when I couldn�t breathe/thank you for loving me/you pick me up when I fall down/you ring the bell before they count me out/if I was drowning you would part the sea/and risk your life to rescue me�� MyKenna looked at him and smiled. �Hope you don�t mind my singing?�
�Of course not.�
�Good.� They smiled. �This has been fun.�
�Yes it has; interesting also.�
�Yep.�
�I got like three days left here.�
�Yeah you do. I hope you plan on making the most of them.�
�Totally.�
�May I help?� He smiled.
�If you really want to. You are already helping to make this trip worthwhile.�
�Of course I am; I�m Aaron carter.�
�I guess so.�
�What does that mean?�
�You�re just a normal kid. I don�t see superstar Aaron Carter just like Kota don�t see Nick Backstreet. I see the real you. I�m sure the real Aaron Carter is nicer and sweeter than the superstar Aaron Carter.� She grinned. �Just my theory.�

�I thought so too.� They laughed and went to kiss, but interrupted.
�Hey, Aaron!� Nickolas yelled. �You better get that damn boat back to the damn dock right now before I get pissed!�
