�Yeah,� Aaron said. �Up until the point where you started bitching at Nick in the kitchen and they all learned we�re going to have a baby.�
�It wasn�t that bad,� Dakota said. �Desert went well also.�
�Everyone was quit the whole time,� MyKenna reminded her. �I highly doubt that�s well. I felt like I was having desert with a bunch of strangers.�
�Oh everyone will be fine in the morning,� Dakota stated. �They just need to sleep on it.� She grinned and looked at Aaron. �And you. What the hell did you think you were doing? Did you think I was going to let you get away with telling everyone that I was pregnant?�
�And I made her lose it?� Nickolas added.
�Well, I, uh�� Aaron began not having a clue what to say.
�That�s what I thought,� Dakota said.
�What�s the big deal anyway?� MyKenna asked. �You�re adults.�
�Yeah, but you two were the only ones that knew I was pregnant and I want to keep it that way,� Dakota said. �By everyone else knowing they�re just going to make a big deal about it and get me all depressed and shit. I�m still trying to deal with it and I don�t want that added pressure.�
�Gotcha,� MyKenna said. �I won�t say a word to anyone.�
�Thanks,� Dakota said.
�I don�t think anyone would�ve really cared anyway that we were having a baby,� Nickolas began and they looked at him, �because we are of age and all. The most, if anything, they would just be surprised. They wouldn�t flip out on us or anything like they did you two.� He laughed and MyKenna and Aaron just glared at him.
�My foot is, like, throbbing dude,� Dakota said.
�Next time wear shoes,� MyKenna stated.
�It�s my house and if I don�t want to wear shoes I won�t wear shoes,� Dakota replied. �If it wasn�t for Nick breaking my dishes I wouldn�t be in so much pain.�
�You�re the one that knocked them off the counter,� Nickolas rebutted. �Not me.�
�Here we go again,� Aaron said putting his head on the back of the couch and sighing.
�You set them on the counter instead of taking them to the dining room,� Dakota said. �Or just holding them. But no you couldn�t do either, because you thought you were going to get into my pants.�
�You�re not all that, Honey,� Nickolas said.
�Oh I am and you know it,� Dakota stated.
�Whatever,� Nickolas said rolling his eyes.
�Will you to shag and get it over with already,� MyKenna said. �Holy shit.�
�What?� Dakota and Nickolas asked.
�You two,� MyKenna said. �You�re so hot for each other, but you refuse to do anything about it. I think you should fucking shag and get rid of that sexual tension that�s between you two.�
�There is no sexual tension between us, MyKenna,� Dakota said all calm and looking her in the eye. �Even if there was I wouldn�t act on it, because Nick�s an ass and I�m not going to waste my time.�
�Yeah right,� MyKenna said. �By tomorrow you�ll be shacking it up with him.�
�In your dreams,� Dakota said. �Once he goes to the doctor and gets tested then I might think about it, but I highly doubt it�ll happen.�
�You still want me, Shorty,� Nickolas said.
�And look at all those hoe�s you were with,� Dakota said not even cracking a smile and just looking at him. �Do you think I�m actually going to jump back into bed with you after that? I made you get tested the first time.�
�I did it because I love you,� Nickolas said.
�And if you love me now then you�ll get tested again,� Dakota stated. �If not then you can just forget about us ever getting back together.�
�She�s playing hardball,� Aaron said.
�No I�m not,� Dakota said. �I�m serious about this.�
�She is,� Nickolas said. �I thought she was joking the first time and it turned out she wasn�t.�
�So get tested if you love me,� Dakota said.
�And what if I�m one step ahead of you?� Nickolas asked moving over beside her. �And already got tested?�
�I wouldn�t believe you,� Dakota said.
�Me either,� MyKenna agreed.
�Well I did,� Nickolas replied.
�I want to see the paper work then,� Dakota requested.
�It�s at my place,� Nickolas pointed out.
�That�s because you didn�t get tested,� Dakota rebutted. �Don�t act like I�m stupid. It�s not going to work this time around.�
�I did so get tested,� Nickolas said. �A few days before I went to London after you. You can call Dr. Braxton and ask him.� She just looked at him. �I�m not lying to you, Shorty.�
�Whatever,� Dakota said. �I still ain�t hopping into bed with you.�
�Why not?� Nickolas asked.
�Because I�m not,� Dakota replied. �Even if I did believe that you did get tested I still wouldn�t hop into bed with you.� He just looked at her. �It�s going to take time, Nick, and I told you that already.� He just continued looking at her and she sighed. �So what are your plans after this baby comes?�
�We�re not sure yet,� MyKenna said.
�We�re just going to take it one day at a time,� Aaron stated. �We�ll figure out more in a couple months.�
�Right,� Dakota said.
�Are you going to stay here?� Dakota asked. �Or are you going to get a place for the three of you?�
�We haven�t decided yet,� Aaron said.
�Well you�re welcome to stay here if ya want,� Dakota said. �I don�t have problem with it. You�ll just have to follow the rules though.� She smiled. �But Mrs. C. would probably want you to continue living at home.�
�That�s because he�s a mama�s boy,� Nickolas smirked.
�Look who�s talking,� Dakota said.
�I ain�t a mama�s boy,� Nickolas argued. �I just love her very much.� He smiled.
�Whatever,� MyKenna said.
�Well at least I didn�t go move back in with her when DJ left,� Nickolas pointed out. �You did.� MyKenna glared at him.
�Will you two please be nice,� Dakota said and they looked at her. �I don�t want any bloodshed in my house. Ok?�
�Whatever you say, Shorty,� Nickolas said.
�Ok,� Dakota said. �Then I�m going to bed.� She got up and Nickolas watched her walk over to the stairs. �Goodnight.�
�Goodnight,� MyKenna and Aaron said and Dakota looked at the three of them.
�Goodnight, Nickolas,� Dakota said and he smiled while getting up. She just looked at him while he walked over to her and stood in front of her. �What?� He smiled and then put her over his shoulder. �Nick, put me down. Now!� MyKenna and Aaron looked, as Nickolas carried Dakota up the stairs and they laughed.
