�Hey, get the hell out,� Nickolas ordered, as MyKenna walked in.
�Not this time,� Aaron said. �This is the last time you hurt DJ.�
�When did you become her keeper?� Nickolas questioned.
�Since the moment I found out you slept with my girlfriend,� Aaron rebutted. �I�m not letting you hurt her again.�
�It�s alright, Aaron,� Dakota said. �I have no more reasons to believe anything he says anymore or believe anything MyKenna says.�
�DJ�� MyKenna began.
�I don�t want to hear your lame ass excuses,� Dakota said. �You were supposed to be my best friend, but best friends don�t sleep with the man you love.� She looked back at Nickolas. �Ya know, the funny thing is that I knew about this all along.� They all looked at her. �But I just didn�t want to believe it. I didn�t want to believe that my best friend and boyfriend would sleep together. That�s the one thing I didn�t want to believe. Ya see it came to me in a dream just like the whole Tiffany thing did. It alternated back and forth. I�d see Tiffany�s face first and then I�d see MyKenna�s face.� They looked at her and she nodded. �Yeah, it really did. Then I found the blonde strands in my bed and in my hairbrush and they were so just like MyKenna�s color. I made myself believe nothing happened though. It worked up until now. I never had a thought about it and just continued the next four months like normal. Well, until I saw Nicky and that tramp of course, but I never thought about my best friend and boyfriend betraying me. I�m glad it�s out in the open though, because now I have a legitimate reason not to ever want to see your lying cheating faces again.�
�DJ, please don�t do this,� Nickolas begged.
�Do what?� Dakota asked. �Hurt you? God knows that�s too easy. What I�m going to do is just walk out that door and never bother with you two again.� She went to walk out and Nickolas grabbed her arm. �Don�t touch me!� She pulled her arm from his hold and slapped him across the face again. �Why couldn�t you just be honest? I asked you if it was more than a kiss and you both said �no� and I believed you, because I trusted you.�
�So did I,� Aaron said. �I never thought for a second that you two would do something like this and I never thought my girlfriend would be a slut.� MyKenna slapped him across the face.
�I never thought you could be so cruel,� MyKenna said. �I always thought of you as one of the sweetest guys I knew, but I was wrong.�
�And so was I!� Aaron snapped. �I was wrong about you and I was wrong about my brother. You both are liars.�
�And that makes you two perfect?� Nickolas questioned. �I could imagine how many times you lied to us.�
�I never lied to you about sleeping with someone else behind your back!� Dakota yelled.
�So you admit you lied?� Nickolas said.
�Little white lies, Nick, but I never lied to you about loving you,� Dakota said. �That was all you and I was so stupid not to see those lies. You were cheating continuously behind my back and I�I can�t stay here.� She turned and walked out and Nickolas ran after her.
�Are you happy now?� Aaron asked. �You hurt your best friend in the worst way and you hurt me too.�
�I�m sorry, Aaron,� MyKenna said. �I wanted to tell you from the beginning, but Nick wouldn�t leave me.�
�So you do whatever he says now?�
�He was just going to deny it and say I was a lying desperate slut.�
�That�s because you are. Did you ever stop to think about what not telling me the truth would do to us? Did you even think about the future we could have if you were honest? But since you weren�t honest there is no future for us now.�
�There could be, AC, because I love you and I know you still love me despite what�s going on.�
�That doesn�t matter anymore, MJ, and it sure the fuck doesn�t change the fact that you slept with my brother and neglected to tell me.�
�I should have and I�m sorry I didn�t. I�m guilty; yes I admit that. I went about everything the wrong way, because I was thinking about you and DJ. Not only did I listen to Nick, but I was trying to spare your feelings. You were already hurt by the kiss and I didn�t want to hurt you anymore than that. If it�s so wrong for me to think about the two most important people in my life before myself then I don�t want to be right.�
�If you were thinking about us at all you would�ve been honest in the beginning. We asked you both, MyKenna, and you denied it repeatedly.�
�And we shouldn�t have.�
�But you did and hurt us more by keeping silent and waiting to be honest.� She just looked at him while hating herself. She didn�t want to lose him anymore than she already has, but knew she was going to no matter what she did.
�Can�t we work this out? We�re soul mates, Aaron, and soul mates belong together. You said when two people are in love they belong together and you and I are in love.�
�Well I lied. You�re not the girl I fell in love with, MyKenna. I don�t know what happened to her, but you�re not her. The girl I fell in love with was the sweetest, honest, beautiful thing ever. All I see now is this mean, cruel, lying, ugly soul that I don�t want in my life.� He walked out.
�Aaron!� MyKenna yelled going after him and they both stopped when they saw Dakota and Nickolas still standing at the elevator.
�You just keep your lying cheating hands to yourself,� Dakota warned pushing Nickolas away. �You touch me again I swear I will make you sorry.�
�So you�re just going to walk away and forget what we had?� Nickolas questioned.
�Of course; it was all a lie anyway. Why would I want to remember three years of a bunch of lies? The only true and real thing of the past three years was Aaron�s friendship. My best friend wasn�t even a friend, because she was lusting after you the whole time. You probably were lusting after her too, weren�t you?�
�Of course not.�
�I might believe that one when hell freezes over.�
�I�m being honest with you, Shorty.�
�You want to be honest after three years?� He nodded and she shook her head. �You can�t be honest with yourself, Nick, let alone be honest with me.�
�I don�t want to lose you, DJ.�
�But you did.�
�I put the Boys on hold to come all the way over here to get you back. Please don�t make this all for nothing.�
�You made it for nothing, Nick, not me or anyone else.� She hit the button for the elevator.
�Why are you doing this to us?�
�You�re doing this to us! You ruined it!� He just looked at her and she sighed. �You�re lucky you got me to come this far and this is the farthest I�m going too. Your little notes and red roses ain�t going to work anymore. Tonight was the last attempt in getting me back. We�re done, Nick.� She looked at MyKenna. �And so are we.� She got on the elevator and Aaron joined her.
�DJ!� Nickolas said.
�Aaron!� MyKenna said and the elevator closed. She and Nickolas looked at each other and he walked back to his room, as she went into the stairwell.
