�It�s Callen,� Howard said to Alexander and checking for a pulse. �She�s dead.�
�Oh my God,� the girls said.
�Laken, go call 9-1-1,� Alexander said and Laken ran out. Jenai reached over and touched Callen. �Howie, get her out of here.�
�Ok,� Howard said picking Jenai up.
�Take her to my office,� Alexander said and Howard nodded walking out. �We got to keep people out of her until the police get here.� The girls nodded through tears, as Alexander pushed them out. �We don�t want a panic right now.�
�Are ya sure she�s dead?� Octavia asked. �May-May-Maybe you should check her again.�
�She�s dead, Octavia,� Alexander said.
�I�m calling her parents,� Nikita said walking away.
�Are ya going to call the others?� Octavia asked, as Dannika approached.
�Yeah,� Alexander said.
�I heard a scream,� Dannika said. �Is everything all right?�
�Not exactly,� Alexander said. �It�s Callen.� He didn�t have to say anything, as tears filled Dannika�s eyes.
�Not my sister,� Dannika said.
�I�m sorry, Dani.� He hugged her. �Niki�s calling your parents.�
�Not Callie. Not my sister.�
�It�s all right. Everything will be alright; I promise.�
�Callen!� Dannika yelled through her tears.
�I�m going to take her up to my office with JJ,� Alexander said and Octavia just nodded. �Make sure no one goes in.� Octavia nodded again. �I�ll be right back.� She nodded a third time and he walked away, as Laken returned.
�I can�t believe this,� Laken said. �I just can�t believe this.�
�You won�t have to worry about Sgt. Richardson questioning us because of JJ,� Octavia said. �Once he hears that the�it�s at Club Z he�s going to rush over.�
�Yeah; this is just too unreal.�
�Totally, but this is real as it gets.� They just stood there and looked at each other.

�Miller,� Kevin said. �I need the file on the Sanchez case.�
�Yes, sir,� Miller said.
�Sarge,� a tall curly blonde young man said. �I just got word that there�s something going on at Club Z.� Kevin looked at him.
�They�re saying something about a murder,� another tall blonde said. Kevin just looked at them a moment. �Lance and Drew are on their way over.�
�Jenai,� Kevin said just above a whisper and they looked at him. �Carter, let�s go.�
�Yes, sir,� Nickolas said.
�Justin, Rich,� Kevin said. �It�s time you rookies dealt with your first homicide.� He ran out with the others behind him.
�Should he really be taking charge of this case?� Miller said. �After all, his sister works at Club Z and if��
�You have to know the Sarge, Dan,� Jakob said. �When it comes to his little sister he�s always in charge then.�
�But they look nothing alike,� Christopher said. �I don�t know how they�re related.�
�Ever hear of adoption?� Jakob asked sarcastically and they all laughed.
�How do you know so much?� Daniel asked.
�I went to school with her sister, Brianna,� Jakob said. �JJ would come out and visit her and we became friends.�
�I understand,� Daniel said.
�Good,� Jakob said sitting at his desk and looking at the picture sitting there and Christopher looked at him.
�It�s been nine years, Jake,� Christopher said. �You shouldn�t drown yourself in it.�
�I don�t. This month is the anniversary and��
�I understand.�
�This is the time I really miss her.�
�Have ya seen JJ lately?�
�We haven�t really talked much in the past 18 months. I think she kind of blames me for what happened. I guess I kind of do also. I mean I was there ya know.�
�There was nothing you could do. We all know that and so does JJ.�
�But she shouldn�t have been there; she was only 15.�
�She was though.�
�I should�ve done something?�
�Like what? You had a gun to your head.�
�I don�t know�anything.� He sighed. �I should go down to Club Z and make sure JJ�s all right.�
�Kevin will call.�
�Why didn�t he take us instead?�
�Probably because of what happened before.�
�I maintained my cool nine years ago.�
�And JJ�s your best friend. In case it is her he probably doesn�t want you to see it.�
�Maybe it is best I do.� He got up and stormed out.

�The body is in here, Sergeant,� Lance said pushing open the bathroom door. Kevin walked in and saw a few officers surveying the crime scene. They were taking prints, pictures, and the usual. Kevin saw the covered body in the bathroom stall and walked over. He bent down and pulled back the cover. He looked at the body a moment then sighed. �Twenty-nine-year-old Callen Michaels; she�s a dancer here.�
�I know,� Kevin said getting up. �Any clues?�
�None yet. Who ever did this was very careful.�
�Maybe. Keep looking and start talking to the employees.� Lance nodded and they walked out.
�Nick!� Kevin said.
�Yeah,� Nickolas said.
�I want you to get everyone�s names and then get a list from Alex.�
�I�m on it.� Nickolas walked away.
�Rich, did you see my sister?� Kevin asked.
�She�s up in the office,� Richard said.
�Thanks,� Kevin said walking away. He walked through the crowd and made his way up to Alexander�s office. He walked in and saw another detective questioning the girls. Kevin stood by Howard and watched.
�Miss Fisher, when did you see the victim last?� the Detective asked.
�Last night,� Octavia said. �After work she walked me to my car and then I left.�
�Alright. Miss Richardson, I�m going to ask you one last time, when did you see Miss Michaels last?�
�I told you ten times already,� Jenai said. �We all did, last night at work. I didn�t see her after that.�
�Why can�t I believe any of you?� the Detective asked.
�How the hell are we supposed to know?� Nikita rebutted.
�Don�t get cocky,� the Detective warned.
�If I had a dick this is where I�d tell you to suck it,� Jenai snapped getting in front of him.
�I don�t care if your brother is the sergeant,� the Detective said. �I can hold you in contempt, all of you.�
�Fatone,� Kevin said hearing enough and they all looked. �I�ll take over.�
�I got everything under control,� Fatone said with a smirk.
�Why don�t you go downstairs and help,� Kevin suggested. �They could use it down there.�
�This is my scene,� Fatone said.
�Unless you want put on suspension,� Kevin said. �I suggest you go.�
�Yeah, Joe,� Laken said. �Go.� Joseph just looked at them then walked out.
�Are you ladies all right?� Kevin asked.
�Oh we�re just fine, Kev,� Jenai said sarcastically. �How the hell do you think we are? Our friend and sister was just murdered and left in the bathroom.�
�Just calm down, Jenai,� Kevin said. �Drew, did you get their statements?�
�Yes, sir,� Drew said.
�I�m going to let you ladies go home,� Kevin said.
�We�re fine, Sarge,� Octavia said.
�You�re going,� Alexander said and they looked. �There�s no need for you ladies to stick around.�
�Then call Jakob and have him come get me,� Jenai requested. �His shift should soon be over.�
�I�ll call him,� Kevin said. �But go straight home.�
�I�m 24, you can�t boss me around.�
�Someone was just murdered and I don�t want you to be the next.�
�Why not? I�ll be with my sister then.� She stormed out, as they watched.
�Will you ladies please go home?�
�Sure, Sergeant,� Laken said, as they got up.
�If I have any questions I�ll be in touch,� Kevin said. �Drew, get an officer to take these ladies home.�
�Yes, sir,� Drew said escorting the ladies out.
�Alright, Alex,� Kevin said. �What happened exactly? How did my sister find her?�
�My guess is she was going to the bathroom,� Alexander stated. �She came in and went to the back. A few minutes went by and the next thing I knew I heard a scream. I called Howie and ran back and found JJ in the bathroom with Callen.�
�Anything unusual going on tonight?�
�Not that I saw. It was a busy night and couldn�t keep tabs on everyone.�
�Who was the last girl you saw going into the bathroom?�
�Uh�oh man I don�t remember.�
�If ya remember anything let me know right away.�
