�She should be here, Terrilynn,� I said, as Terrilynn, Riley, Aaron, and I walked into Evangelique�s office the morning of her wedding day. �She came by last night.�
�She�s a work-aholic,� Terrilynn said.
�Yeah.�
�She needs someone to help her with that,� Aaron said. �Maybe my brother.� I slapped him.
�Or perhaps CJ. Its noon already and she better be here.�
�The guard said she was and her car�s downstairs,� Aaron reminded me. �Along with Nick�s.� He looked at me and smiled, as we walked into the other room. �Hey, Evangelique!� We all stopped in our tracks after seeing Evangelique and Nickolas on the sofa. We looked over to the hot tub and saw their clothes. �Sexual tension, I told ya that a month ago.�
�Or drunkenness,� Terrilynn said.
�I�m with Aaron,� Riley said.
�Thanks man,� Aaron said and they did one of those manly handshakes and I rolled my eyes.
�But she�s marrying my brother today,� Terrilynn stated.
�Well it didn�t stop her, Terri,� Riley said.
�Just get out,� Terrilynn said, as Evangelique and Nickolas looked.
�What are you guys doing here?� Evangelique asked yawning.
�Came to find the bride.�
�Oh,� Evangelique and Nickolas said. �Um��
�We�ll wait out there,� Terrilynn said pushing Riley out and Aaron and I followed. The door shut behind us and Aaron and Riley started laughing. �What�s so funny?�
�For Ev being so in love with CJ it didn�t stop her from sleeping with someone else,� Riley said.
�He�s right,� Aaron agreed and we just looked at them. �If she completely loved CJ she wouldn�t have slept with my brother, her best friend.�
�We don�t know if that�s what actually happened.� I didn�t want to believe it.
�C�mon, Gab,� Aaron said. �You saw their clothes by the hot tub.� I just looked at him. �Evan�s not perfect.�
�I never said she was, but she assured me she loves CJ and not Nick.�
�She assured all of us, Gabi,� Terrilynn said. �But I see it didn�t mean anything.�
�What are you going to do though?� Riley asked.
�What do ya mean?� Terrilynn asked.
�She�s marrying your brother today, but she just slept with her best friend last night.� She just looked at us not saying anything.

That was a good question. What was I going to do? Evangelique was marrying my brother in, like, two hours and she was shacking up with her best friend. I could always go and tell him quick. Then again he deserved it for being the prick he is. He didn�t have to know what happened here. A little secret like this won�t hurt anything or anyone. I looked at the others and grinned.
�I ain�t doing anything.�
�Why not?� Riley asked.
�Well she knows what a jerk Cameron is. If by being with Nick last night doesn�t stop her from marrying him then I can�t either.�
�I think her and Nick confessed their love,� Aaron said and we looked at him. �Like I said this whole month, they�re in love with each other and any fool can see it.�
�Has someone been watching too many romances?� Riley asked. �I liked your theory on the sexual tension better.�
�That�s still in there,� Aaron said and I looked at Gabrielle and we rolled our eyes.
�Will you please shut up,� Gabrielle said. �That doesn�t matter right now. What matters is that Ev�s getting married in two hours and we got to know if she�s still going through with it or not after what happened last night.�
�Gabi�s right. We should worry about if she�s still getting married or not.�
�I hope she doesn�t,� Aaron said. �Because I don�t want to see what will happen to my brother. He�ll be devastated.�
�Maybe so, but it�s Eve�s choice and not ours. For this wedding to happen or not is all up to Eve�and CJ I guess.�
�I agree,� Gabrielle said. �And it�s her choice to tell CJ or not about what happened between her and Nick last night.�
�To be truthful, I don�t want this wedding to happen.� And I didn�t, it was totally wrong.
�Why not?� Riley asked. �When they got together you wanted them to get married.�
�Because I thought they were good for each other. I thought she could change him into a better person. Now I see that�ll never happen. He�ll never change and doesn�t deserve someone like Ev. And she doesn�t need someone bossy and controlling like CJ.� They just looked at me. �I�m serious. I know what CJ�s like. He�s been married three times already and he�s only 33.�
�What?� Aaron and Gabrielle asked, as I looked at Riley.
�It�s true.� I looked back at them. �Sheridan, Gwen, and Taylor. Too bad Ev doesn�t know and met up with them. I�m kind of glad last night happened between Ev and Nick.�
�But then again,� Riley started, �we don�t know what exactly happened between them.� He had a point.
�We slept together,� we heard Evangelique say and looked at her and Nickolas.
�Simple as that,� Nickolas added. �You walked in so don�t try and pretend you didn�t see.� We all looked at each other.
�Well it�s noon. In two hours you�ll become Mrs. Cameron Porter if, uh��
�Yeah,� Evangelique said and we all looked at each other. She walked by and into the bathroom. None of us said anything and a few seconds later Evangelique came back out. �I�m hoping this is the right decision.� She walked from the office and Gabrielle and I followed her.
