�Nick, do you have any idea what you�re doing to your wife?� Brian questioned as they sat at the studio. �She�s falling to pieces and it didn�t help when she seen ya on TV with Paris Hilton.�
�Nothing�s going on with her,� Nickolas stated. �She approached me at the premiere and right away people blow it up. I never even went to the after parties. After the movie I got on the first plane back to Tampa and I haven�t seen her since. She was a bitch to Sunnie and I can�t stand her.�
�So tell Sunn,� Kevin said. �She believes you�re screwing around.�
�Well I�m not. I�d never hurt Sunnie that way.�
�Why are you doing this?� Alexander asked. �You and Sunn are in love.�
�She�s safer not being around me. As long as we�re not together I can�t hurt her like I do.�
�But she is hurting,� Brian pointed out. �She�s been hurting almost three months now.� Nickolas didn�t say anything and sighed. �Nick, she�s never going to stop hurting until you�re back together and admit your mistakes.�
�I did the right thing. I�ll never stop loving Sunnie, but being away from me is the best thing for her.� They guys shook their heads. �If you knew everything then you�d understand.�
�So tell us,� Howard said.
�No; I hate even thinking about it.�

�This is going to be a long day,� Alexander pointed out as he leaned back in his chair and the others nodded as they looked at Nickolas.

�Hey, Drake,� Bradley said after she opened the door.
�Hey, Brad,� Drake said. �Come on in.�
�Thanks.� He walked in and closed the door. �Is Sunnie here?�
�You just missed her,� Aaron said. �She had to go down south and get a few things.�
�What about Nick?�
�He�s at the studio today so she shouldn�t see him. We volunteered to go along, but she said she wanted to be alone.�
�She�s stubborn.� They nodded. �I was heading to the mall so I thought I�d stop by and see if she wanted to tag along.�
�She hasn�t gone anywhere since she saw Nick and Paris Hilton on TV together,� Drake pointed out. �She said she feels like a fool now let alone go out in public and have people whispering, ya know. I told her to go out in public with a hottie like yourself so Nickolas can feel like the fool instead. Of course she refuses. �I can�t do that to Nicky� she says.�
�She can never do anything to Nick,� Bradley said. �Yet he does so much to her.�
�I know what ya mean,� Aaron agreed. �My brother�s an ass. He doesn�t want Sunn, but he doesn�t want anyone else to have her�like you.�
�He didn�t want me with her from the beginning. He has a problem with the fact that we�re friends.�
�He�s got issues,� Drake said. �If Sunn wanted you then she would�ve chose you over Nick instead, but she didn�t. She loves Nick and that�ll never change no matter how many times you take off your shirt for her and play Silk�s �Lose Control�.� Bradley smiled. �Yeah I know that�s all ya had to do in the past when ya dated.�
�I tried it the other day, but it didn�t work,� Bradley admitted. �I figured that�s how much she loves Carter and I don�t understand why.�
�No one does,� Aaron said. �All I know is that I want her happy and my brother seems to make her happy despite the heartache.�
�I want to understand and I try to,� Bradley began, �but I just can�t get pass the times he hurt her and the fact that he put her on antidepressants�twice.�
�She said the second time was from the whole baby thing after she had the abortion,� Drake replied.
�She told me the same thing,� Bradley said. �But I can�t help but think otherwise.�
�I believe her,� Aaron stated. �I mean, she was so upset after the abortion and then learning everyone else was having babies was just too much for her. Personally I blame everyone else for the Prozac thing. They knew her condition yet they went and had babies knowing full well she wouldn�t be able to handle it right away. She just gets out of the hospital and she finds out everyone is pregnant.� They just looked at him. �I�m serious. Then the guys try to ruin her marriage by hiring some cheap whore. Nick�s not to blame and everyone else is.�
�I didn�t know you felt so strongly,� Drake said.
�If she�s got to have them this time then its Nick�s fault,� Aaron stated. �And I�ll kick his ass for her.�
�I want to kick his ass now,� Bradley said. �I wonder if he knows what he�s doing to Sunshine and how much she�s hurting.�
�I hope so,� Drake said. �I hope he soon gets that stick out of his ass.� They laughed. �He�s not being fair to her. He leaves one morning after a night of passion without saying a word. He was a coward if ya want my opinion. She believes she did something wrong and not Nick.�
�She didn�t do anything wrong,� Bradley said.
�Try telling Sunn that,� Drake said. �She�s just so stubborn and ya can�t get through to her.�
�Ain�t that the truth,� Bradley agreed. �I just wish that she would see that Nick�s not as great as she thinks he is. Hell, she tells me I�m not that great all the time. Why can�t she see it in her �loving husband�?�
�Love is blind�it�ll take over your mind,� Drake sang and they looked at her. �It�s the truth.� The two guys nodded. �Not that I blame her for being in love with Nick, but I think love should only go to a certain extent, ya know. No one�s perfect and Sunshine should realize Nickolas ain�t perfect.�
�Yeah,� Aaron said.
�She�ll find out one day soon enough,� Drake replied. �But I just hope it doesn�t end up hurting her too much.� The two guys just nodded and they all looked at each other.

Sunshine turned on her phone after the fifth ring and said, �Hello?�
�Hey, Sunn, it�s Brian.�
�Hey what�s up?�
�Just wondering if Dani�s with you.�
�No; she�s on her way back up. I left her a few hours ago.�

�Yeah.�
�How�d it go at the doctors?�
�Great. Want to hear something exciting?�

�There are triplets instead of twins.�

Sunshine turned off her phone and pulled up to the front gate of Nickolas� house and put the code into the security pad. She waited for the gates to open and slowly drove her truck through and the half mile to the house. She saw Nickolas� truck in front of the house and then noticed a limo behind it. She waited and watched as a blonde got out. She knew right away who it was and watched as the front door opened. She saw Nickolas and the girl walked over to him as he smiled and kissed her.
�Son of a bitch.�
She continued watching and Nickolas closed the door after they went back inside. Sunshine sat there a few minutes as the tears went down her cheeks. She wiped them away and picked her cell up off the seat.
�If that cocksucker wants to play games then we�ll play games.� She dialed Bradley�s number. �I can just play them better though.�
�Hello?� she heard on the phone.
�Brad, it�s me. Are you going to be home?�
�Sunn?�
�Yeah; I�m stopping by so don�t go anywhere.�
�I wasn�t planning on it.�
�Great; I�ll be there in�oh�give me about two hours.�
