Sunshine and Nickolas sat on the back porch of the townhouse they rented in Switzerland; looking out to the lake. They watched the boats go by, but stayed silent. Sunshine laid her head in Nickolas� lap and they just looked at each other. They smiled and Sunshine took Nickolas� hand in hers and kissed it. Nickolas leaned down and kissed her then pulled her onto his lap. He wrapped his arms around her, as she laid her head on his shoulder.
�I�m glad we came,� Nickolas said.
�Same here,� Sunshine agreed.
�It�s fun with it being just us. No one to interrupt and ask questions. All the kissing we can handle.�
�That�s the fun part.�
�Very fun.� Nickolas kissed her and moved down to her neck. He then stopped and Sunshine just looked at him. �What?�
�Nothing.� She continued looking at him and then smiled.
�Do I have something on my face?�
�No; it�s nothing.�
She gave him a kiss then got up and Nickolas watched her go inside. He sat there confused and then went inside himself. He saw Sunshine at the refrigerator and watched her turn around. She looked at him still smiling.
�What are you smiling at?�
�Nothing; just your sexy self.�
�I might believe ya.� Sunshine walked over to the table and set the food down. Nickolas continued watching her, as she kept smiling and made herself something to eat.
�Hungry?�
�Yeah.�
�Sandwich alright?�
�It�s fine.�
�Will you get us a drink please?�
�Sure.�
He walked over to the refrigerator and Sunshine looked at him. She looked at his ass and smiled. She always liked his ass; a nice round juicy booty. She quickly looked away, as Nickolas turned around. Nickolas walked over and stood beside Sunshine, as he put the bottle of soda on the table. He looked at Sunshine, as she looked at him and smiled again.

�Alright.� He put the soda back and got the milk and chocolate mix and rejoined Sunshine. She kissed him and he just looked at her. �You seem different, Sweets. Is everything all right?�
�Yeah.� She smiled again and Nickolas got two glasses from the cupboard, as Sunshine watched him.
�What?�
�Nothing.� She finished the sandwiches and put the stuff away. She went to walk back over to the table and Nickolas grabbed her by the waist. �What are you doing?� Nickolas only smiled this time, as he took her face in his hands and kissed her. �Let�s eat.�
�That can wait.� Sunshine only looked at him. �I want to know something.� Sunshine continued looking at him, as he leaned down and kissed her neck while asking, �Do you feel anything?� Sunshine didn�t say anything as she closed her eyes and relaxed herself in his arms. �Do you feel it?� She only left out a soft moan and he continued kissing her neck. �Do you feel the sensations?�
�No.�
�Are you lying?�
�No.
He looked at her and smiled. �You can�t lie to me, Sweets.� Sunshine smiled and kissed him. Nickolas started backing up to the parlor doorway and Sunshine went with him. They made it to the doorway and Sunshine just stopped. �What�s wrong?�
�I�I can�t. I�m sorry.� She left him go and walked away.
�I�m the sorry one. I should�ve asked if you were ready again and not just assume.�
�It�s alright, Nicky; it�s not your fault. For a minute there I thought I was ready again. I didn�t mean to get you all��
�Its fine, Sweets. I ain�t mad.� He walked over to her and took her face in his hands again. �Whenever you�re ready, because I�m not going anywhere. I�m staying right here until you tell me to get lost. I love you with all my heart.�
�And I love you.� He kissed her. �Let�s eat before our food gets soggy.�
�If you insist.� Nickolas walked over to the table and put the sandwiches on plates. Sunshine got the drinks and they went into the parlor. They sat on the sofa and Sunshine turned the TV on, as Nickolas looked at her. �Everything�s going to be fine, Sunnie.� Sunshine put the remote down and looked at him. �By the time Christmas comes you�ll be perfectly fine with no worries.� Sunshine smiled and Nickolas kissed her. �You�ll be getting all orgasmic from my touch and we�ll be making love again before you know it.�
Sunshine smiled at the thought. She had to admit that the thought of making love to Nickolas again was making her feel funny inside. It was a little tingly feeling she had gotten before and it gave her hope. She wasn�t going to tell Nickolas though. She was afraid, even though she had his full support that he was going to push the matter and upset her. She didn�t want that or need that.

�The best gift this Christmas would be for us to make love. If I know Danielle as well as I think; her birthday gift for me is the new Karma Sutra book/video thing. That�s what she got the other three for their birthdays.�
�Now you�re just being a tease.� She smiled. �That�s alright though; you can tease me all you want.� They kissed and she looked at the TV while eating. Nickolas watched her until they were finished and he said, �Sweets, I�m sorry.�
�For what?�
�Making you go through this.� She looked at him. �If I didn�t break your heart we could probably be making love right now.�
�It�s not your fault, Nick. Well to a point it is, but I�m to blame.�
�How so?�
�For letting myself fall too hard. Yes you broke my heart, but I left it get broken. My biggest fear was falling in love and getting my heart broken. It happened and I left it happen. I made myself believe that you would never leave me and you did. I was afraid you would leave, but I held on so tight to that belief that you wouldn�t that I didn�t see that my relationship with Bradley was hurting you. I hurt you and made you leave.� Nickolas went to speak, but she stopped him. �I also hurt myself with that relationship, because I almost lost the biggest part of me forever�you.�
Nickolas wiped the tear from her eye and said, �Yes your relationship with Brad hurt me, but I didn�t have to leave. I could�ve talked to you about it, but I chose not to. I hurt you and you didn�t hurt yourself. I was being a prick and decided to try and take the easy way out. But it wasn�t the easy way�it was the cowards way and I�m sorry. I should�ve talked to you instead of running away.�
�We both made mistakes, Baby; so I guess we�re both sorry.�
�Yeah, but I�m the sorriest.�
�No I am.�
�Nuh-uh; I am.�
�Are we going to argue about this?�
She smiled. �I don�t want to.�
�Neither do I, because I have something else in mind.�
�Like what?�
She licked her lips and he smiled this time. �Those lips are looking very tempting, ya know.�
�Oh yeah.�
�Hell yeah.� They both smiled and he kissed her.
