Josephine broke the silence by asking, �What about January 28?�
�Ya ain�t getting married on Nicky�s birthday,� Sunshine rebutted.
�Why not?�
�Because me and Nick are spending it alone.� Nickolas only smiled at her.
�That�s a little early, Jo,� Howard stated. �How about April 1?�
�Can�t do it,� Nickolas said. �Sunn and I will be doing the movie.�
�What movie?� Josephine asked.
�James Cameron,� Sunshine replied. �Nick was cast as my leading man.� Nickolas smiled and kissed Sunshine.
�How sweet,� Howard said.
�March 4?� Josephine suggested.
�Can�t,� Sunshine said. �Movie.�
�When do you guys leave?� Josephine asked.
�We start filming February 27,� Sunshine stated. �So probably the 24th.�
�When will you be done?� Howard asked.
�James said about June or even July,� Nickolas replied.
�February 18,� Josephine and Howard said in unison and they all just looked at each other.
�That was freaky,� Nickolas said then to Sunshine asked, �Do you want to get a little freaky?�
�No,� Sunshine replied. �I gave you guys the idea for the 18th.�
�Yeah so,� Josephine said. �I think it�s reasonable.�
�So do I,� Howard agreed. �It gives us time to get everything ready. The ceremony�s going to be simple and in a church.�
�We�re not going to need all that fancy stuff,� Josephine added. �Just a few flowers and some candles.�
�Simple I like,� Sunshine said.
�Then say goodbye to the ocean side wedding,� Nickolas snickered and Sunshine glared at him.
�You�re funny ya geek,� Sunshine said. �And you can say goodbye to a memorable wedding night too.� She smiled and Nickolas looked at her. �Don�t look at me like that either.�
�Like what?� Nickolas questioned smiling.
�So February 18 it is,� Howard stated and Josephine nodded in agreement. �What about you two? When�s the big day?�
�May 20,� Sunshine replied.
�April 15,� Nickolas said.
�It doesn�t matter to us,� Josephine said. �We have nothing planned.�
�May 20,� Sunshine repeated and looking directly at Nickolas.
�April 22,� Nickolas suggested smiling and Sunshine shook her head.
�I don�t think JC would appreciate us leaving a month and a half into the movie,� Sunshine pointed out.
�Ok, you have a point. April 29.�
�May 20.�
�How about May 13? I don�t want us to wait longer than we have to.�
�Fine.� She glared at him. �We�ll do everything your way.� She closed the calendar, as Howard and Josephine just looked at them. �You picked where we�re going to have the wedding, the reception, our honeymoon, and now the date.� She got up. �Do you want to pick out my dress and the girls� dresses too?� She opened the refrigerator. �Do you want to pick out the wedding bands also?�
�Sunnie, I just want us to get married as soon as we can.�
�Doesn�t it matter what I think?�
�At least they�re fighting now,� Josephine said and Howard only smiled. �And not wait until they�re married.�
�It does matter what you think,� Nickolas stated walking over to Sunshine. �You�re getting married too.�
�Am I?� Sunshine asked and Nickolas only looked at her. �I�m starting to wonder.� The phone rang and Sunshine looked at the caller I.D. �Excuse me.� She left the kitchen and Nickolas just watched her.
�She�ll get over it, Nick,� Josephine said.
�She�s right,� Nickolas replied. �I went about this the wrong way. We both should have equal say.� He sat at the table. �I always thought she was fine with it, because she never said anything. I also think she�s upset that we can�t get married on Valentine�s Day like she wanted. She was really looking forward to it.�
�You know how Sunn is.�
�But she has equal say about the wedding. It�s going to be May 20, 2006.�
�That�s part of her problem,� Howard said.
�What?�
�You have her spoiled.�
�I don�t have her spoiled.�
�Whatever,� Josephine said.
�Anything she wants,� Howard began, �you give it to her.�
�Yo, Howie, stop lying,� Nickolas said. �I don�t give Sunnie everything she wants.�
�You�ve been doing it ever since ya met her,� Josephine pointed out. �We�ll begin with that necklace she wears 24/7, the one that says �I love you�. She wanted it and you got it.�
�Her diamond earrings,� Howard said. �She��
�They matched the sparkle in her eyes,� Nickolas stated.
�Yeah and I�m the Pope,� Josephine said. �And the car? The Viper?�
�What about it? She looked hot sitting in it.�
�And she wanted it. What about the hot tub you had installed?�
�I�ve always wanted one.�
�And she wanted you to get it,� Howard added. �And the gazebo?�
�For the wedding.�
�Because Sunn wanted it,� Josephine said.
�How about the skylight�err, skylights you�re putting in the upstairs bathroom and in your room?� Howard questioned.
�It�s romantic,� Nickolas said.
�Because Sunn thinks so,� Howard said. �We could go on and on about how spoiled you have Sunn.�
�It�s pathetic, Nick,� Josephine stated.
�Whatever,� Nickolas said getting up. �If you�ll excuse me.� Josephine and Howard watched him leave and just shook their heads.
�I guess he�s living up to what he said,� Josephine said. �When he meets that special someone he�s going to spoil her rotten.�
�And that he is,� Howard said.
�And I�m sure Sunn�s in her glory.�
�I can spoil you if ya want me to.� He smiled.
�I don�t need fancy gifts just a red rose or two a day and your sweet yummy kisses.�
�I think I can afford that.� He kissed her.
�You better or you�ll be marrying yourself.� She only smiled and Howard kissed her.

Nickolas stood at the terrace doors watching Sunshine talk on the phone. He watched, as she laughed and he smiled. Maybe he did have her spoiled just a little bit, but not like Josephine and Howard claimed. Any guy in love with shower his woman with lavish gifts. He just wanted Sunshine happy and he doesn�t mind giving her expensive gifts to show how much he loved her. It might not be what she really wanted from him, but he knew she loved it. He wasn�t about to stop.
Nickolas looked when he heard Sunshine say, �Alright�I don�t know�I do love Nick very much�yes I do�I just get agitated with him at times�� She sighed. �But I want to be with him more than anything.� He smiled. �Bradley, that�s not fair�no�what�s your problem?� Yeah what was his problem? �Whatever�he made up for his mistakes and I�m happy�thank you�probably not until after April�I will�ok�bye.�
Nickolas watched her turn off the phone and just sit there. He continued watching her, as she got up and walked over to the banister. He heard her sniffle and said, �Sunnie.� She didn�t look or say anything, as he walked over to her. He put an arm around her waist, but she didn�t look at him. �I�m sorry for everything regarding the wedding. You deserve a say so too.� She didn�t say anything, but only looked at him. �I was wrong.� He looked in her eyes. �Were you crying?�
�No,� Sunshine lied. �Just yawning.�
�I might believe ya.� She just hugged him. �I thought you were happy.�
�I am.�
�I mean about the wedding.�
�I am happy about the wedding.�
�What about the honeymoon and stuff?�
�I�m happy, Nicky.� They looked at each other. �It doesn�t matter where.�
�I just want you happy.�
�I am and will be.�
�Are you sure?�
�Yes.�
�We don�t need to have the wedding at my place.�
�Nick, its fine. You already had the gazebo built and we�re not going to change it.�
�But you�re not unhappy?�
�No; it�s just that you decided on almost everything and insisted upon it. I just got mad, because you didn�t talk it over with me.�
�I�m sorry. Why didn�t you say something?�
�Because I was fine with the idea and didn�t want to make a big deal about it.� She kissed him.
�We�re going to get married on May 20 like you want.� She only smiled. �I want you to be happy.�
�Thank you.� They hugged. �I�ll be happy when we�re finally married.�
�So will I.� He kissed the top of her head.
�I�m glad we�re getting married.�
�Same here.� They smiled and kissed, as Aaron and Angel watched then started laughing. Sunshine and Nickolas looked and Nickolas asked, �What?�
�Nothing,� Aaron said.
�Just watching big brother make out with his fianc�e,� Angel smirked.
�We�re not making out,� Nickolas said, as they walked back inside.
�Can I make out with her then?� Aaron asked, as Nickolas kicked him in the ass. �What�d I say?�
�Just shut up or I�ll shut you up.� Nickolas spotted the rest of his family. �Why are you all here?� He sat in the empty chair and pulled Sunshine onto his lap.
�Bored,� Leslie replied. �You didn�t come home last night.�
�So what? I was with my fianc�e.� Sunshine smiled.
�Doing what?� Aaron asked.
�Aaron Charles!� his dad, Robert, said.
�That�s none of your business,� Sunshine stated.
�Come on,� Howard said. �You just got re-engaged so had to celebrate in someway.�
�We don�t ask about your sex life so don�t ask about ours,� Nickolas rebutted.
�You guys are having sex?� Nickolas� mom, Jane, questioned and Nickolas and Sunshine just looked at her. �I thought I taught you better, Nickolas.�
�Mom, we�re twenty-five. You said not to have sex unless I was in love and Sunnie and I are in love.�
�But you�re young; you wait until you�re married.�
�I can make my own choices regarding my sex life. So can Sunnie.�
�That�s not the point.�
�Nicky�s getting a lecture,� Angel snickered.
�Mom, I don�t need to listen to this,� Nickolas said. �It�s not like we�re having a baby.�
�This is fun,� Josephine smirked.
�I don�t�we don�t have to listen to this,� Nickolas said, as he and Sunshine got up. �Let�s go, Sweets.� Nickolas took Sunshine�s hand and led her to the door. �We�ll be back sometime.�
Everyone watched the couple go out the door and then Bobbie Jean asked, �So did you two pick a wedding date yet?�
They all looked at Josephine and Howard and Howard said, �February 18.�
�Nick and Sunn are going to be on their honeymoon,� Angel stated.
�Their wedding�s postponed,� Josephine said. �Until when? I don�t know.�
�Nick said something about May 20 after Sunn went loco on him,� Howard replied. �Sunn picked that day while Nick picked other days. She got mad, left the room, and he said it�ll be May 20.�
�Anything for Sunn,� Aaron stated. �Can we say spoiled?�
�Exactly,� Josephine agreed. �But Nick doesn�t agree.�
�Love�s got him blinded,� Bobbie Jean stated.
�You can say that again,� Leslie said and they all laughed.
