�Hey, guys,� Sunshine interrupted, as Josephine and Howard looked. �Can I get a couple of free hands, please?�
�What happened to you?� Josephine asked noticing the arm sling, but didn�t budge.
�I pulled a ligament. Does it kill ya to take your hands off each other for like two minutes and help me out?� Josephine and Howard just looked at each other. �Forget I asked.� She slammed the door shut and picked up the stuff, making sure it didn�t drop. She walked away from the door and started walking through the parlor, as Howard and Josephine got up. She walked by them and said, �Thanks a bunch for the help. I really appreciate it.� She walked into the kitchen cursing.
�I think she�s mad,� Josephine said.
�What gave you that idea?� Howard asked sarcastically.
�Maybe we should apologize.�
�Just save your breath,� Sunshine rebutted walking to the coffee table and picking up the mail. �I�m not going to listen or accept it. I asked nicely and you couldn�t take your hands off each other for two fucking minutes.� She went through the mail.
�Sunn, we�re�� Howard began.
�At least when someone asked me and Nick to do something, we�d stop what we were doing and help out; even if we were all over each other.� She took a couple of envelopes and threw the others on the table then walked back to the kitchen.
�She�s really mad,� Josephine said, as the door opened and Alexander walked in.
�Sunn here?� Alexander asked closing the door.
�In the kitchen,� Josephine replied, as Alexander walked over to them.
�But she�s pissed,� Howard warned.
�I think I can handle it,� Alexander stated walking away.
�Hopefully he can,� Josephine said. �Because we didn�t.�
�It was mean of us,� Howard replied. �I�m losing my touch. I�m supposed to be Sweet D.�

�Definitely. You made one little mistake just now. It ain�t the end of the world.� She kissed him and the phone rang. �Always interrupted.� It rang again. �Shut up.� It rang a third time.
�Will it kill ya to pick up the fucking phone?� Sunshine yelled.
�Hold on,� Josephine said then picked up the phone. �Hello Robinson�s. Jo here.�
�It�s Nick.�
�Hey, Nick.�
�Is Sunnie home?�
�Yeah.�
�How is she?�
�She�s in a bad mood.�
�Why?�
�I don�t know.�
�Do you think she would want to talk?�
�Probably not.�

�Later.� She turned off the phone and looked at Howard, whispering, �Nick�s coming by to see Sunn.�
�Oh really,� Howard said. �Hopefully it�ll be good.�
�I know. Do you want to go to the bedroom?�

�Anything.� She took his hand, kissed him, and they walked to the bedroom.

�Kevin, I made a list of the food we�re going to need for the party,� Venus said sitting on the sofa beside him. She handed him the list and he looked at it. �I even called Sunn and asked her if she�d make brownies and cake.�
�Did she agree?� Kevin asked.
�Yeah, because it�ll give her something to do and keep her mind off Nickolas.�

�I wish he�d get that stick out of his ass and make things right with her.�

�I will so don�t worry.� Kevin left the parlor and walked to the front door. He opened the door and saw Brian and Danielle standing there.
�Hey, Kev,� Brian said. �No interrupting are we?�
�Of course not,� Kevin said. �Come in.�
�Thanks,� Danielle said stepping inside with Brian.
�What brings you by?� Kevin asked, as they walked to the parlor where Venus was waiting.
�Nothing to do,� Brian replied.
�Hey,� Venus said.
�Say hello to our new assistant vice president,� Kevin said.
�No way,� Danielle said.
�I was just named today,� Venus stated.
�Congratulations,� Brian said.
�Thanks,� Venus said.
�Sit,� Kevin said sitting beside Venus again, as Brian and Danielle sat on the love seat. �Did you get your costumes yet?�
�Yes we did,� Danielle said. �We�re going to be Sonny and Cher.�
�I wanted to be Elvis,� Brian began, �but Sunn said I was more like Sonny.�
�I have to agree,� Venus said, as they laughed.
�Plus I didn�t want to be Priscilla,� Danielle stated.
�We�re going as Herman and Lily Munster.�
�I�m sure you guys will make a cute Herman and Lily,� Brian said.
�Sunn�s going as Jasmine from �Aladdin�,� Danielle replied.
�Yeah, I have to remember to call Nick later,� Brian said.
�What for?� Venus asked.
�He wants to know what Sunn�s going to be for the party,� Brian stated. �He made it sound like he has something planned.�
�Ya never know with Nick nowadays,� Kevin said.
�Maybe he�ll be Sunn�s Aladdin,� Danielle suggested. �And sing her a song he wrote especially for her. It�d be so romantic.�
�It would,� Venus agreed.
�Women,� Brian said. �They find everything romantic.�
�I just hope Sunnie Jo�s shoulder is better by Saturday,� Danielle replied.
