This would lead one to believe that the City
is brimming with Civic Pride
and ready to welcome visitors.
Alas, that is not the case, there are many slumlords and landowners in the city who think nothing of letting properties deteriorate to the point where they are
hazards at best and firetraps at worst.
There are also those who leave derelict cars and appliances on their lots, as well as landlords who have made a lot of money collecting rents
from properties they have kept in disrepair.
Even though there is a bylaw against this type of behaviour(1998-5118), some individuals seem to get tacet approval from the City to keep their properties this way.
The goal of this website is to identify, and hopefully, embarass these landowners and/or the City of Timmins into dealing with abandoned, unkempt,
or otherwise derelict properties.

feature your favourite slums.
