This is a really easy ending to obtain. Here's how:
Day 1: Choose a different path other than A, B, C to open the first conversation with Chelsee.
Day 2: Do NOT choose B, C, C when talking to Gus Leach!
Day 8: When Regan is seducing Tex, select either C for "Promise"
