Fire in the Silver

The moon is a silver spotlight
That highlights us tonight
Outside, we lie here
Staring at the stars

There is music in the darkness
And I pull you to your feet
As we dance, slow and close
The world becomes just you and me

Suddenly I find myself
Tumbling into your eyes
Inevitably I must lean forward
To deliver the perfect kiss to your sweet lips

So mouths meet and sear each other
Melting together with heat
Opening to invite further exploration
Tongues battle in a sweet war

And beyond and behind our lips
Hearts pump with furious emotion
Blood boils when bodies press
Perfect love in every touch

Breathing hard, we pull apart
And stare at each other for awhile
Your eyes say all to me I want to know
You love me with all your heart
