When I look at my previous story "Virus" I cringe at all the different mistakes I made, hopefully I didn't make as many in this story. Sally has allowed Draco to Tutor Tails in his new ability. Tails has come to like both of the new-comers to a great extent. A small rock beside the Ring Pond exploded into gravel. "Good job Miles. I see you been practicing your aiming." Said Draco with his arms folded in his cloak. "I practice when ever I get a chance." Tails honestly replied. "One more week of electrical disintegration and we'll move onto power disks." Draco was proud of Miles, out of all the pupils he taught, He thought him to be the one most interested. But teaching Miles wasn't easy, Sally was extremely reluctant into letting him be tutored. But Sonic had thought it to be a 'awesome' idea. When Draco first started teaching Miles it was on item's that were second nature for the old wizard, such as 'mind reading', flares and other things just as simple. But now Draco was teaching him ways to fight. The reason for this was that Sonic had finally talked Sally into letting Tails help out when they went on raids to Robotropolis. "Okay now, let's see if you can control the spell enough that you can play 'chicken' with it." Draco pointed to a rock about three yards from the one Tails had just demolished. "Now try again, just this time, strain it to the edge of exploding, but no further." Tails glared at the rock. He allowed an electrical stream to shoot from his hands and connecting it with the rock causing it to illuminate with electrical sparks. "Good, now slowly, allow yourself to strengthen the power without the rock blowing up." The rock began to glow brighter and shake wildly. "Now, let the strain dim." Instead of dimming, the rock exploded with a loud . "Oh Crap!,-here-let-me..." Tails muttered. "Don't worry, this is not a simple part of the spell. It took Lily one-and-a-half months to get it down. But in the long run it'll help you conserve energy." "Lily uses magic? I thought only people with the 'Sixth Sense' can call upon magic." "In a way she does have a 'Sixth Sense. Have you seen the crystal that she wears around her neck?" Tails nodded. "That crystal is... well you can say it's an ancient communications port to 'The Realm of Magic'." Tails looked curiously. "The Realm of Magic? Where or what's that?" "Don't worry yourself on that topic, we'll save it for another lesson. All you need to know right now about the Realm of Magic is that it's the 'main' source of our powers." Tails nodded his head again. "The only difference between her crystal and your 'implant' is that the crystal can be taken away and is less efficient than the implant." "Where did she get it from?" "It was around her neck when her adopted father found her in the woods. Oh... speaking of Lily... I've got some important business down south that I have to see to. I want you to watch over Lily for me. Okay?" "O-Kay. But why me? I mean, Sally and Sonic are older and are..." "I'm aware of that, I have my reasons for choosing you. While I'm gone I want you to practice everything I've taught you." "How long are ya goin to be gone?" "I'll probably be back in a week if not sooner." **************************************8 [12:00 Near the Ring Pond. Draco left earlier that morning, giving Sally the only explanation of having 'pressing' business to see to down south. Tails and Lily sat next to the bank of the pond practicing what they have been recently taught. Lily practicing her *'Shape Shifting' ability. And Tails practicing what Draco taught him earlier that day, with very few successes.] * - Shape-Shifting: The capability to change one's self to another shape, form, object, or person. "Awww-Damn!" Tails shouted as another rock exploded. "I'm never going to get this dang spell right!" Lily came up to him in the shape of a MAJORLY screwed up looking hawk. "Hey man chill out. This spell isn't something you learn overnight. I mean... I've been working on this shape-shifting spell for a half year and I still can't make a decent hawk." Lily materialized back into her normal Echidna form and sat down beside Tails. "But one thing I have learned while traveling with Draco is if your frustrated you can only become worse. So what do you say we go bother Sally or Sonic?" Lily stood back up pulling Tails to his feet. "I guess so." With that they both walked hand in hand towards knothole. [Same time. Robotropolis HQ] "SNIVLY!" "Y-Yes sir?" came a small nasal voice. "Have you finished the security sweeps on those computer servers?" "Yes s-sir." "And...?" "We've had many security records deleted prior to the logon of worker-bot b-796 ver1.0." "What was it's Mobian name?" Snivly quickly go to typing on a nearby computer console. "Ummm... Charles Hedgehog." "Awwww... old friend... I see your still causing troubles." Robotnik mumbled to himself. "Snivly, activate his humming beacon." "Sir, we didn't start putting humming devices in worker-bots til ver3.5." "Hmmmmm...Put security cameras on him 24 hours a day. But in the mean time I want all worker bots under ver3.5 upgraded to our latest version. Ohh... and Snivly..." "Yes sir?" "Do see to it that our 'guests' from last nights attack are 'properly' taken care of." "As you wish...You lousy excuse for Shamu." "What did you say Snivly!?!" "uhh...I said...We're out of...Shampoo." **************** [10 Minutes Later. Knothole Village.] "What's goin on?" Asked Tails to no one in particular. Everyone that he could see were heading off to the war room. The crowd was so loud he had to use telepathic communication to talk to Lily. (Telepathic capabilities is something that didn't take long for Tails to learn.) {Lily?} {Yeah Tails?} {Do you have any idea what's goin on?} {Haven't a clue. But there's always a way to find out.} After breaking the link they both headed towards the war room. Tails sat down on a chair which was placed behind a podium. There was a chair for each of the Freedom Fighter Senior Officers which included (Order of rank which starts in the middle of being highest in rank):Sally A. Acorn, Chuck Hedgehog, Sonic Hedgehog, Bunny Rabbot, Antoine De'Collete, Rotor Tusker, Miles(Tails) Prower. Lily had to stand in the crowd since she was not a member of the senior officers. The rest of the S.F.F sat in their assigned seats. Sally was the only one not sitting. She was instead behind the podium tapping the gavel. "Quiet please!" The crowd went from shouting to a dim roar, then silence. "Thank you. The reason I've called you today on such a short notice is that we have heard rumors about an attack west of here at Blue-Lake, and today it has been confirmed by our second in command Chuck Hedgehog. Basically what we have here is our basic save and destroy routine. The only thing different with this attack is I'm going to be busy with Robotniks computer servers while we're there. I've already picked out most of the teams which will consist of all S.F.F'ers except Rotor. But I still need volunteers." The crowd kept silent for a good two minutes before the silence broke. "I'll go" said Lily stepping up to the podium. "You? I don't know...your still kind of young." "Com-on. I can melt any walking trash can at my very will." "...Although I am the Princess and first in command, and being in charge of this raid, it's not my decision." The crowd stared at Sally confusingly. "I do believe Draco left Tails in charge of you. So you'll have to ask him." The crowd turned it's gaze on Tails. He gasped in surprise, but quickly recovered. "uhh... Lily" "Yes?" "Do you feel you are ready to fight." "I was born ready." "Well then it's fine with me-but on one condition. I want you to be on my team so I can keep on eye on you. Agreed?" There was a couple humored chuckles heard in the room. "Agreed." ***************** [4 hours later in Robotropolis.] "SNIVLY!" Robotnik bellowed after finishing his fiftieth game of computer *'Solitaire' with no wins. "Yes sir?" "Status report Snivly." "Yes sir...20% of the prisoners have been successfully robotized, 5% of all worker bots ver3.0 and under have been upgraded to ver9.0beta." "Beta?" "Yes sir, it's new. Basically, if someone without command codes starts tampering with it's programming the whole system will blow-up in his face after releasing a virus that takes partial control of any computer system it comes in contact, causing the system to emit a high frequency radio signal, allowing us to track down... whoever." "Excellent! job Snivly, anything else?" Robotnik asked impressed. "No sir." * - Solitaire: An ancient Earth game played in the 18th 19th 20th and 21st century. [Same time. Knothole, War room] "Okay guys this is the plan. Sonic?" "Ya Sal?" Replied Sonic impatiently tapping his foot. "As usual, I want you to create a diversion. Okay?" "Cool! That's how I like living." "Bunny?" "Ya sugah?" "I want you and Antoine to free all prisoners that are not robotized. Then take these bombs and hide them in places not checked on a daily basis." Sally handed Bunny a pack full of bombs. "Tails?" "Yeah Aunt Sal?" "You and Lily's main responsibility is to keep them tin-men off our backs. Okay?" "Neeto, Sal." "We'll leave at night so We're hard to spot. We'll meet at 21 hundred hours by the bridge. In the mean time I suggest you rest and get something to eat." ************************** [19:00 by the ring pond. Tails and Lily sat next together their backs to a tree. There they talk about the coming raid.] "...I don't know what it is Tails...It's a feeling...that something awful is going to happen." "Don't worry Lily, I used to feel like that on my first few missions. But after time you learn that it's natural to feel like that. Besides, I'll be there if anything happens." "Ohh Tails..." She leaned on Tails and hugged him. "...Thanks. You've been a real friend these past days I've been here. Although I'm pretty sure nothing will happen...I want you to have this." With that she carefully untied her ribbon that was tied to her front right dreadlock. "But what use do I..." "Just keep it as a reminder of me when your alone." Tails looked into her crystal blue eyes. "I wish I had something to give to you." They both stood up and embraced each other. "But come to think of it...Lily, grab on." Lily took hold of his hand as he started twirling his tails and taking off. They landed in a place unfamiliar to Lily. It was basically a 10 square yard clearing surrounded by black-berrie bushes, thistles, and other plans that tended to have a lot of thorns or thistles. The only way to get there was to fly, but even then it's a challenge to land without crashing into the bushes. "Where are we?" asked Lily. "This is the entrance to a fort I built. I've kept this place a secret from everyone, including Sonic, for about two years now. You are the first one to see it." Tails moved a rock the size of him fairly easily to the side. "It's Styrofoam." Said Tails. A trap door appeared where the Styrofoam rock was. Tails grabbed the rope handle and pulled it open. "After you." He said. "It looks dark in there." "Don't worry. I put matches and a lantern down there." She slowly climbed down a rope ladder that extended about 5 feet down. Tails waited till he saw the flicker of matches, then he followed. "Wow!" Exclaimed Lily. "How were you ever able to build this without the help of any of the other Freedom Fighters?" "Well...We are actually standing on a hill of dirt that was put here about a year before I started digging. Which was about 3 « years ago. Then one day I was flying around and I see this clearing, only it was a little bit 'more' of a clearing. I got interested seeing this hole in the middle of it. I landed and investigated. It ended up to be a good size rabbit hole, obviously created by a fairly large rabbit that had not fully evolved. It was so big I was able to climb in and crawl on my hands and knees. Then having nothing else to do I decided to dig up more of it. From then on when-ever Sally, Sonic and the other freedom fighters went on raids leaving me behind, I would come here, shovel in one hand, lantern in the other. I worked on it for about a year and a half till I decided to start moving in." "Wow!" was still the only thing she could mutter. Tails walked over to a desk in the corner. He opened one of the drawers and pulled out a miniature Lock-Box. He then took off his right glove and let a small silver key fall out. Tails unlocked the box, pulled out an object, then closed and relocked the box. "...and here's what I have for you." Tails said opening his paws to reveal a small red see-through rock. "I-It's pretty..." She said in awe. "...But what is it?" "It's a red quartz agate. I found it on the beach when I was only five, and I've kept it ever since." Tails took her right hand, put the agate in her palm and closed it. "Keep this in remembrance of me when ever you maybe sick or alone." Tails looked into her eyes. She took a step towards him. "Thank you Miles" she said just before giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. Tails froze in time for a few minor seconds, then followed Lily to the rope ladder. ***************** [The Ring Pond, Just before Tails left the ring pond with Lily. On the other side of the Pond sat Sonic and Sally unknown to Tails.] "Just look at those two Sonic, isn't that cute?" "Cute!?, Young maybe, but not cute." "Ohhh Sonic. You tend to forget that that's exactly how you and I were at that age." "I still think he should wait till he's at least 14." "I think you've been reading to many children troubleshooting manuals. I mean... We've both given him 'The Talk'. We've both told him the consequences that 'would' happen if he were to get 'too' serious with a girl. And we've both expressed our thoughts about 'It'. But if his hormones are so far down the road, then making him wait till he's 14 won't make a difference. In fact it will probably make it worse. I mean... He would probably get a girlfriend right under our noses, but instead of the no-worry feeling about meeting her around us, he would instead try to meet her 'alone'. Which could cause major...Sonic?...Sonic!" But her only reply was the loud rhythmic snoring of Sonic in a deep, coma like sleep. *************** [21:15. The Bridge] "Okay. Is everyone here?" Sally asked trying see in the dim light. "Did anyone bring a flashlight?" No one answered. "'Great', then someone will have to go get one." "Uh Sally?" "Yeah Tails?" "I think Lily and I can create some light crystals (LCs)" "How long will it take? Cause We're already running late." "Shouldn't take more than a second." "Okay. Take a shot at it." Tails muttered to himself a bit. "Now how did that go...Oh yeah. Ready Lily?" "You kidding? I told you, I was born ready." With that they closed their eyes and allowed their arms to stretch out to their sides. For second nothing happened, but all at once a flash much like one from a camera blinded them. When their eyes focused they saw Lily and Tails each holding three glowing crystals. Sally came up to Tails and stared at one of the crystals. "This is a little helpful...But I don't think they'll cut it." "Hold there Sal." Tails quickly said grabbing her shoulder. "Here hold this in your hand and give a little squeeze." She did as she was instructed. As she gave it a quick squeeze, the glowing instantly turned a bright illuminating brilliance. Then it died back down to a glow as Sally let loose the grip. "Whoa!..." Sally was so surprised she nearly dropped the crystal. Tails chuckled a bit. "Ya think that'll suffice?" Sally only nodded her head a bit. Each stone glowed a different color than the others Sally getting green. Sonic, Blue. Bunny, White. Antoine, Purple. Tails, Red. And Lily, Pink. Together they all crept towards their destination. ******************* [Same time. At Robotropolis] "HA! Yes! I am the *MAN*! Nothing can stop ME! I'm INVINCIBLE! I Am CORNHOLIO!" Snivly raced into the control room to see his master jumping around (Well...Attempting to.) in delight. "What happened sir? Did something 'good' happen while I was out?" "Good?...GOOD!?!...Something 'GREAT' happened." "What is it!?!" Asked Snivly barely able to contain his excitement. "I finally beat that damn solitaire game." Robotnik turned his gaze back to his computer as cards started dropping and bouncing off the screen. "Snivly!" "Yes sir?" asked Snivly obviously disappointed. "Quick! Get the camera!" "What for?" "Just get it! Hurry!" Snivly grabbed his Insta-Pic camera and aimed at Robotnik wishing it was a gun. Robotnik turned the monitor towards the camera and gave a pathetic, wrinkly and unused looking smile. "Say 'Pollution'" Snivly snapped the picture and gave Robotnik the developing paper, who took it rather greedily staring at it waiting for it to develop. "Uhh sir?... Would you care for the status report?" "Umm...Yeah sure, whatever." "Workbot upgrades are at 15%. We have 90% of the prisoners Successfully Robotized...and... security-bots-are-still-unable-to-locate-sir-Charles-Hedgehog." Snivly quickly raised his arms half expecting Robotnik to hit'm. But to his surprise he just grumbled "Cool...That's nice...Yeah...Take care of it..." " Sir?...Sir?!?...Sir!?!...SIR!!!" "WHAT IS IT SNIVLY!!?!!" "I...umm...uhhh...it's...well...umm..." "Don't give me any of that bull. Here take this disk." Snivly reluctantly took the disk. "Maybe an hour of solitaire will ease your soul. Now get out before I loose my good mood." "Yes-sir... You fat tub of lard" "What Snivly? What did you say?" "uhh...That game pretty 'hard'?" ******************* [The junk pile.] "Okay...Sonic?" "Yeah?" "On my mark I want you to take one of those LC's and divert as much SWAT-BOT attention to you as possible. Then lead them here where You, Tails and Lily will...Show them the light." Sally gave Tails and Lily a slight grin. "Bunny?" "Yeah Sugah-girl?" "On the same mark I want you and Antoine to head over to the Robotizer, free up the hostages, and plant the bombs in 'unnoticeable' places, then high-tail it over here and help Sonic, Tails and Lily. Everybody got it?" "Got it!" They replied. "But Sal?" "What Sonic?" "What are you going to do?" "Honestly Sonic, You need to pay more attention during the mission briefing. My job is to 'screw up' Robotnik's Computer servers." "But aren't those located in the control room?" "Yep, Your really catching on." "Hold on there Sal. Your not going nowhere near Robotnik's HQ without me." "Sonic... I have to do it alone." "Why" "I'm not going to fight with you." "You took the words right out of my mouth." "Fine! Tails?" "Yeah Sal?" "Would you mind helping me?" Tails turned to look at Lily. {Well Lily? What do you think?} {What do I think? You're the one in charge.} {I know...But do you think you can get along with Sonic?} {What are you getting at? I do believe I detect jealousy.} {No-no. Well...answer me this: Do you think you can get along on your own without getting in trouble?} Sally just looked at the two realizing they were telecommunicating. {I think I'll do alright...But if I have any problems I call. Agreed?} {Agreed.} "Sure thing Sal." Tails responded *********************** [15 Minutes later. Control Room Air Ducts] "Tails can you see him?" "Well...Duh. It's kinda hard to not notice a whale in a black and red jumper." "Well can you see what he's doing?" "I think so...It looks likes he's..." "AWWWW that F*#^&$ B*$%@ !!!" Cried Robotnik. "You called sir?" Came the nasal voice thinking he was going to be called in any way's. "Snivly!?!" "Yes Sir?" "Look at this picture!" Snivly glanced at the picture. "Yes sir... You look...look...'handsome'>|p" Snivly choked out. "Besides that, the monitor in the picture it's blurred." "Give it another 20 minutes and it should clear up." "Thank you Snivly. And Snivly... Turn of all alarms, I will not be disturbed at least until this is fully developed. Now get back to work!" "yes sir...you fat lazy bum." "WHAT!?!" Cried Robotnik "What was that?" "uhh...I-I-I have this sudden craving for gum." "Well Sally... Think you can do this within 20 minutes?" "I'll have to try." ******************* [JUNK PILE] "AWWW CRAP!!" "Sonic? What's wrong" "I got at least 80 thoroughly 'PISSED' bots on my tail." Lily stared at him wide eyed. "Lily, I want you to start back to Knothole." Sonic started fishing his pack for a power ring. "Heck no, I came to fight, and that's what I'm going to do. Those LC's were beginners tricks. Don't waste your ring, you haven't seen nothin yet!" Sonic looked at her. Her crystal blue eyes were replaced by a burning, intimidating, pink. "Which way are they coming from?" Sonic didn't have to point, for at that minute a gigantic crowd of bots came into view. "Awwwwwww... they have arrived. Sonic keep back, I might hurt you if your out there." She then turned back to the rushing crowd of SWAT-BOTS. She began to float above the ground about a foot. She then started chanting a few words unknown to Sonic. "...Luevos Harmonose quetet..." Two spheres began to form, one on each side of her, hovering by her waist. They glowed of electricity, and steadily grew brighter. Then there was a flashing, sort of like a strobe light, which knocked Sonic unconscious. The electric spheres started pulsating with magic. She picked up one with each hand. "TASTE MY WRATH!!" She screamed hurling the spheres at the robots. ******************** [Robotization room.] "Hellow, iz zees ware thare havieng de half off sale?" "IDENTIFIED AS FREEDOM FIGHTER. PRIORITY TWO CAPTURE AND/OR DESTROY." The SWAT-BOTS activated their lasers and aimed them at Antoine. "I think not metal boy" Bunny rammed into the side of one of the bots causing it to land on the rest. Bunny took her robotized fist and began to make sheet-metal out of them. "I am thanking you for the save, Bunny." "No problem sugah. Come on, we have to still get these bombs in place. "How many prizenars were you able to rescue?" "Only three." "O..." "I take it you could not find any." "No." "Don't worry." She said patting him on the back. "Come on, take half the bombs and plant them on that side of the room..." ************************ [Robotropolis HQ] {Come on Sal. Ole' Blubber butt may be beached for t...} Tails was cut off? {Tails?...Tails?!} Sally called in her mind. {Yeah Sally} {What's wrong?} {Sonic and Lily are in trouble. Hurry up!.} ********************** [Junk Pile] The explosion was *MONSTROUS* taking out all 80 SWAT-BOTS. But this wasn't good enough. A SWAT-Bot that was patrolling the border came up from behind as she fell to the ground to weak to even stand. The SWAT-BOT did not recognize her as a freedom fighter, being that it's her first mission, but the SWAT-BOT did define her as being 'HOSTILE' and the actions for hostility is to be shot by level 3 stun. Following directions the SWAT-BOT took aim and shot. Lily's body convulsed knocking her crystal from her neck. The SWAT-BOT picked-up Lily and took her to Robotropolis Prison Cells. *********************** [Robotropolis HQ] {Sally? You done yet?} {Give me two more minutes.} {We don't have two minutes, we have to go NOW!} "Men! They always want things done 'NOW'." {I read that Sal.} {Okay, Okay... I'm done.} *********************** [Robotization room] "Okey, That es the last one." Antoine Slapped Bunny a 'High Five'. "Comon sugah, let's get back to Knothole so we can see the fireworks from a distance." ******************** [Junk Pile 10 Min. Later] "Ohhh my stars! What happened here?" "I'm afraid am not noings." A sound of metal scraping metal caught Bunny and Antoine's attention. When they followed the sound they found Sonic rolling back and forth, apparently a nightmare or something. Bunny looked down at something that caught her eye. A small crystal of some sort. She picked it up to take a closer look at it. "Bunny vil you help me? Ze hedgehog is not vaking up." Without thinking Bunny slipped the crystal into one of her storage compartments in her robotized arm. "Come on, let's get him back to Knothole. ***************** [The Great Forest. Flying towards Knothole.] "My gosh!...Could this be our first major raid without casualties. Tails you could fly a bit higher." Sally said noticing how close to the trees she was. "Tails?...TAILS!" "Uhh-what?" "Pull up!" Tails responded taking her up about twenty feet. "Tails what's wrong?" "I-I'm not sure. For some reason I can't get a hold of Lily." "Maybe she's out of range." "Maybe..." [10 minuets later, Robotropolis HQ] "Ahhh...Much better." Dr. Robotnik took the picture and flopped it in his desk. "Uh...Sir?" "Yes Snivly?" "I got something I want to show you." Snivly took out a 'DVD'*. "This is a recording of what one of our, now prisoner, did with 80 of your SWAT-BOTS. Needless to say Robotnik was awe struck. Sonic had just recovered and is now meeting with the rest of the S.F.F'ERS.] "...She then started glowing, hovering above the ground. Then two like balls formed in midair, but then a flashing caught my eye, well...not just my eye. It literally felt like someone stuck a blender in my brain and started scrambling, then I woke up here. Why can't Tails just use that tellycommuncathingy to get to her?" Tails explained. "She is not a normal wizardress, she has to rely on a small ancient crystal to give her powers. And I'm guessing that it fell off..." Tails was interrupted by a gasp from Bunny. "Oh Ma Stars!" "What is it?" They all asked in unison. Bunny opened her storage compartment and pulled out the crystal. "Is this it?" She asked. Tails took it. "Yes...it...is." He said in a snarl which startled everyone. Tails slipped on the crystal, he began to glow a bright red. Tails 'hovered' to Sonic "SONIC!" Sonic looked up to Tails unsure of himself. "SONIC!, COME FORTH WITH ME IN YOUR SUPER FORM!" "Uh...where...and h-how?" "ROBOTROPOLIS, AND LEAVE TRANSFORMATION TO ME." With that Tails raised his arms towards Sonic. A bolt of magic hot-wired between the both of them. The bolt grew stronger causing it to glow brighter. A flash was then seen causing everyone to look away. Sonic and Tails were gone, but in there place stood a fox much like Tails but he glowed golden. "I AM TAILS BUT I AM ALSO SONIC'S ENTITY. THIS FORM IS ONLY TEMPORARY. I WISH TO GO TO ROBOTROPOLIS AND RESCUE THE ONE I LOVE. BUT I WILL NOT TAKE HER IN THIS FORM I WILL RETURN TO MY NORMAL FORM SO'S THAT SONIC WILL NOT BE HARMED IN ANY WAY." With that Tails took off. {Hey Tails what gives?} Asked a small voice in the glowing vulpine's mind. "YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND." {What do I not understand} "WHEN WE ARE DONE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND." ********************* [Robotropolis Robotizer Room] "She'd make perfect bait, the Freedom Fighters couldn't afford to lose someone like this. Shoot her up with some more sedatives and put her in the diamond glass robotizer." ******************** [15 min. Later.] 'Super Tails' Landed in front of the robotization building, he broke open the steel doors without hesitation. Alarms started screaming everywhere. "Is it Sonic?" Asked Robotnik too anxious to hold it in. "umm...Yes...and no." Snivly replied a bit confused. "What do you mean?" "What I mean is ...DNA scanners confirm him as Sonic Hedgehog. But visual and neural scans confirm him as Miles Prower." They looked at the figure as it 'threw' SWAT-Bots out of his way. The figure then looked up noticing the little SPY-Cam. Tails then glued his full attention on the little bot. Robotnik and Snivly were forced to look away when a flashed appeared on the screen, then another flash appeared right beside Snivly, knocking him to the ground. He shook his head a bit then looked up. There he saw a Two-Tailed fox hovering about a foot off the ground and glowing a bright golden yellow. Tails looked at Snivly, Robotnik, and then at Lily who was laying unconscious on the ground in the robotizer. Tails had an angered expression on his face as he began to glow brighter. The light grew to the point that Robotnik and Snivly had to turn away or become permanently blinded. They looked back when the glow dimmed, and dispersed. Where the glowing hovering Tails once was, Sonic and Tails stood. Sonic immediately fainted due to exhaustion. Tails, on the other hand was far from being exhausted, let-alone fainting. He approached Dr. Robotnik. Robotnik pressed a button on the control panel in front of him. A glass tube fell over Tails, trapping him inside the robotizer. Tails began beating on the wall of the glass tube. "That glass is made from diamonds. Not even Sonic can break through it." Hearing his name Sonic opened his eyes. He slowly sat up. He looked around and was surprised to find Tails inside a robotizer. Sonic jumped up, but was knocked back down by a some kind of magical field that surrounded him. All's he could do was watch. Tails glared at Robotnik. "I swear that if you harm me or ANY of my friends, you will be severely punished!" Robotnik chuckled a bit. "My...What spirited little thing you are. In fact I think you can be the first one to...heh-heh...turn to the dark side." With that he started pressing buttons on the control panel. The robotizer hummed to life as a yellow light engulfed Tails. Sonic jumped up again, but was knocked back down. He could see that there was no way to save Tails now. Sonic broke down crying for the loss of his 'little brother'. He then looked up as the yellow light began to change to a fiery red. "Snivly what's happening!?!" "I don't know sir...Something is draining all our power, in a matter of minutes there won't be enough to light a single LED(Light Emitting Diode)." "Where's it all going!?!" Snivly punched some buttons. "It's all focusing on...THE ROBOTIZER!!!" "Well then cut off the power.!" Snivly ran to a computer console. "Accessing main computer server... Accessing main power grid...Cutting power to 'RoboBlock-S2'" the console hummed and whirred for a moment, then the Title theme for 'Draxxen's Solitaire' appeared on the screen. "WHAT THE $@#%!... Some-one's been screwing around with the computer servers!" Snivly ran to the wall were a small Manuel circuit box was. He opened and began pressing numbers. "Cut Power to robotizer S2,autherization... 'home boy'." The console beeped, than displayed "HIGH VOLTAGE DEVICE IN USE. CUTTING POWER WILL CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO UTILITY. ALL WARRANTEES WILL BE VOIDED. DO YOU WISH TO CONTINUE?" "YES-YES!!!!" Snivly screamed. A loud electric pop was heard as the robotizer stopped humming. "ALL WARRANTEES VOIDED. PLEASE CALL 1-800-555-1212 FOR MORE INFORMATION." Sonic looked up. He saw tails inside. But the crystal was glowing at such a red brilliance that it gave Tails the look of a 'PISSED OFF' demon. Tails approached the glass surrounding him and touched it with his left paw. Instantly the glass shattered leaving only a pile of dust as electricity flowed through it. He approached Robotnik once again. "You didn't heed my warning! Now you will be punished. Robotnik, noticing the power the kit had, and being the fat chicken that he is, got into his chair. "Computer!" he called. "Activate self-destruct to RoboBlock-S authorization 'Sexy-man'." "VOICE PRINT CONFIRMED. BEGINNING SELF-DETONATION." Robotnik pushed a button on his chair, causing him and his chair to plummet down a hole in the floor with Snivly jumping in after. Tails ran to the robotizer that held Lily. He touched it, and again shattered to a sandy grain. "DESTRUCTION TO ROBOBLOCK-S, IN T-MINUS 30 SECONDS" Tails picked up Lily's motionless body and turned to Sonic. With a wave of Tails hand the magical field dissipated. Sonic then collapsed, being that the field was the only thing giving him enough energy to stay conscious. "DESTRUCTION TO ROBOBLOCK-S, IN 20 SECONDS". Tails held Lily in his left arm and picked up Sonic with his right. "DESTRUCTION TO ROBOBLOCK-S, IN T-MINUS 10...9...8.." There was a flash of light as Tails, Sonic and Lily became one. "..7...6...5.." Again the form of 'Super Tails stood where they were, the only difference being a slight feminine look and dreadlocks. "..4...3...2.." He began twirling his tails at an incredible speed. He then took off like a rocket going straight up. He ended up crashing through three stories before reaching the open, smoggy skies, with little time to spare. Tails was knocked down as the building exploded. He was not hurt, but instead jumped to the air and headed for Knothole. ******************* [Back At Knothole.] Sally had heard the explosion. Now she was even more worried than when Tails took off. She then felt a sonic that knocked her off her feet. She got up and ran to the door. There she found 'Super Tails' hovering, with a 'smile' on his face. He took the glowing crystal off from around his neck and offered it to Sally. Sally, reluctantly, took the crystal. Immediately a quick flash of light blinded. There on the ground sat Tails, Sonic and Lily. Tails immediately fainted, from the exhaustion, the relief and the Victory.
