Once you make contact with us, you will be contacted by us to set up a free general home inspection. When the inspector arrives you will be greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake. The inspector with do a through inspection through out the entire home including the attic space. If your home has a conventional foundation then that will be inspected as well. These inspectors are trained to look for entry points in the attics and crawl spaces where rodents such as mice, rats, squirrels and bats could enter the home and cause you many headaches. While in the crawl space the imspector will also be looking for entry points as well as insulation needs, gaps around drain pipes, moisture issues, and possible termite activity. Once the free inspection is completed the inspector will give you a detailed report of what they found and also what possible issues could arrive in the future.
