I expect to gain new insights on Electronic Commerce—I feel that I have become jaded when it comes to this topic. What else is there to know beyond websites, B2B and leveraging the web to gain a competitive advantage?
I don’t expect this course to be too technical. We can research on the technical terms on our own. We should be able to see the business application of the tools we have at our disposal.
