A normal female trying to live in a competitive world...Okay scratch that! There's nothing sane here...
last day as a 27 year old....

It's finally come, my last day as a 27 year old.  Boy has the years flew by! Just yesterday I was 18! Well these are the lessons learned while being 27.

1. Brownsville Brooklyn has gotten worst since I came back from the army

2. Living in in NY has gotten @#$%^!!! expensive!

3. I'm a little more patient that I used to be but I still have my moments.

4. I realized being sad sucks up a lot of energy.

5. When it's finally time for me to go to that big place in the sky(not too soon hopefully), I want people to have fun at my funeral. Bring food and music! Have a soul train line! Do the electric slide with my coffin in the middle! None of this sadness and crying crap for crying out loud! Once you get too sad it's very hard to bounce back.  Just look at what happened after 9-11! We have to let the terrorist know that the US are not wimpy crying "woe is me" type of people! If you attack us we'll whip your @$$! I'm not saying don't care or bottle up your emotions when you're sad but don't let it keep you down!

6. I can still kick @$$! As one unfortunte soul found out...

7. I'm moving out of New York by 2009.

8.Take pride in small victories!

9. Is it me or Men don't know how to approach woman anymore?

10. I'm still single and lovin' it!! (men require me to have an energy level I can't spare right now)

11. Alaska is on my list of places to visit one day. I need a break from humanity!

12. Animals are attracted to me for some reason...

13. People fight too much over stupid stuff!

14. I want to have a dog when I finally settle down.

15. "Being brave is not being scared to death, but being scared to death and using fear against itself!"

-Tigoness

Well that's it. I had an interesting day at my first day of Orientation at Home depot. The only thing that kind of rattled me was because of all the weekend constructions and delays on the trains ( all the trains that were near by had service changes), it took me 3 hours to get to Central Islip! I woke up at 3:55 in the moring to get to Home depot by 8AM. The weekdays are far more better.  The price of success I guess.  One day down 7 more to go.

Tomorrow: my solo birthday party and pictures of my cake!

Happy Fathers day to all you dads who are actually taking care of your kids!

Now I'm off to bed I have to wake up 3:55 in the morning!
