I feel a whole lot better than yesterday, I told a friend of mine how I felt yesterday, and he said that I might need some B-Vitamins and some Omega 3's (and I thought I was a health nut). So I wolfed down 2 red bulls and took one of his omega 3 caps. I had some results but I think it was the caffine (and the fact I got off work today at 2:00 instead of 5:00)....

Anyway,  I'm going to chill out for the rest of the day, wash my clothes watch a few dozen movies...

but tomorrow  night I'm out on the prowl....
