The first expectation of our players is that
each is here to have fun. The second expectation is that each is
here to win.
The primary goal of this organization is to prepare you for college. While not all of you want to play college softball, you will be expected to work on the practice field, as if you do. The discipline developed and the lessons learned will improve your life in ways that you won't understand until you fall back on them many years from now.
In addition, the discipline and hard work will insure that our team wins. Winning is fun. You will have achieved the first two expectations of a Tiger.
For those of you looking to play college ball, are you taking steps to insure success? Do you try to improve your skills whenever possible? Do you study the game? Or, do you only practice and study the game when there is a coach around.
There is an expression, "Your actions speak so loud, I can't hear a word you say". Is someone saying that behind your back?
