This version was written in C using TIGCC,so you don't need
any kernel,nor libraries...Just tape rty() in the
home screen and enjoy the game!
If you get an error like "Exec string too long",use the
prog "lrty" included in the Zip...
 


Everybody knows the classical arcade game " R-Type" , by IREM...
This game wants to be a port of the Gameboy Version "R-Type I"



A classical "R-Type",written in C.The purpose is very simple,you are a ship and you have to avoid/shoot the enemies in order to reach the Level's end...The Game requires a lot of dexterity,and you may find it quite hard at the beginning,but that's normal,the "R-Type" series is known for its difficulty...Features : 6 Levels,Animated Enemies with own behaving,Weapon,Shield,Highscores...

* 10 Enemies with different behaving,some are animated...
* Special Items: a Shield and 3 Weapons...
* You can throw your Shield...
* Highscore Table...


NOTE:The game must be unarchived if you want your score to
be saved !




KEYS :

DIRECTIONS : to move your Ship;
2nd : Shoot with Equiped weapon
Diamond : When you got your shield,throw it in front of you... 




WEAPONS :

Shield : Protect you from the enemy,but not from their bullets...
         Can be thrown by pressing "DIAMOND"...

Weapon 1 : Standard Weapon...

Weapon 2 : Like Weapon1,but a lot faster...

Weapon 3 : Bigger Bullets,you're are more likely to be hit...
